I remember playing with one of these pull tab books when I was a kid. I used to love them, made me read it again and again. Good thing about this book is that my son will never break the tabs :)I love how it all feels so warm, relaxing and inviting. Compared to some digital books that are just a bit too digital? I really enjoyed this app of Peter Rabbit. The narration and music are just wonderful. They create the perfect mood for this story. The narrator has a charming voice that rivals the performance of Renee Zellweger in the movie, "Miss Potter." The interactive elements are fun, creative and helpful as a reading education tool. If only Miss Potter were alive today, she would be overjoyed with what has been done to extend her basic ideas into an interactive media experience. Beautifully executed app, excellent narration, and nicely thought out to motivate children to learn to read the story. My daughter will love this. I look forward to further productions from this developer.

I downloaded this app for story time with my son and we spent over an hour playing around with everything. The music and voice over is really beautiful and it's great that there's something on every page to interact with. Our favorite page is the page with the blackberries...it's so much fun to squish them!!! Definitely our new favorite app!
