OMG! i got this game yesterday. at first i was hesitant to spend $10 on this app. my axietty was quickly forgoten as i was absorbed into this app. it has amazing graphics for a 3-d itouch app. it is almost exactly like the console verision. i can't wait for the new maps to be realized, i definatly think that der rise should be the nxt one, and make sure to inlude as many of the guns at that map on the consoles as you do in the itouch!
overall amazing game and anyone that is't buying this game is wasting the money on a difrent app!!!

If you don't get this, you are missing out BIG time. There's a odd, unexplainable fun in blasting zombies. I mean, it could be improved with a new TYPE of zombie instead of making them faster....but ok....also, if your reading this, can you tell me y when I do online it tells me I have 'Your current connection won't let u use multiplayer"? It won't let me play online cause of it. Suggestions to fix it welcome.

This game has all the elements you need for a long running, action packed adventure. The hits are great and the urgency to get better guns makes for an interesting game plan. The only down side is that you cannot save a game and so you are having to go all the way to the begining. I would also love to know if the game is just about being in the same building or can you finally find a way out. Great value, good times!

I dont usually write reviews for apps.But this app.IS THE BEST.-Graphix - Very good. Not exactly the best compared to Xbox and PS3, but they are great for the platform.-Controls - Spot on. I use the two discs set on a fairly low sesitivity and it works great. I had no problems with the controls.-Gameplay - Very action packed, fun, perfectly executed.-Online - Great. Works awesome, but some ditch me. 1 person leaves, the the rest leave, and im on my own. It doesnt matter thou, it only happened 1 of the two times i tried online play.-Content - This is the problem. Lots of guns, but only 1 map. And you expect me to pay for new maps, after i bought a 10$ game! With 1 map! Please, i DO NOT AND WILL NOT pay any more than 1.99 for a map. Thats final.But other than that it is an amazing game, pick it up now. Even with 1 map it never gets boring. :)UPDATE: I almost forgot to say: needs chat! When online i wanna be able to chat via text or voice. I have an ipod touch so voice chat wont really affect me but iphone users would appreciate it. Thanks!

Works beautifuly I love online play and also playing with my friends (the private server name is the name of the host) I can not wait to get all the new maps coming out shortly. The $10 is worth it concisering that call of duty games for other systems are usually around $50 - $60. I will pay for new maps just because this game is so addicting and fun to play. If you want to buy this I would suggest looking at a gameplay video or video review. To see how the controls and graphics look. The graphics for this game are simply stunning for iPod and iPhone. I recommend this app to anyone who likes shooting games of any type.

I think there are a few things that should be added to make this game better. There should be some type of online communication, a friends list, be able to jump, crouch and run, more achievements (I have already beaten all achievements easily), online ranks, add all the guns from the xbox version (I want a sniper!), free maps, and lowered price. Also you should fix the glitches and crashes for better gameplay. If online ranks are added you should be penalized for leaving early from an online game. One of the achievements has a glitch, "The Running Man," the objevtive is to travel 10 miles, but at one time it said I was -6% complete, it also took a very long time because apparently I travel less than one fourth of a mile every 30 levels! This achievement should be reduced or taken out. Overall this is by far my favorite app, the controls are fantastic once you get used to them, the level is exactly like the xbox version (except for guns), it will be worth the enormous 10$ price only if ALL of the new maps are FREE. IF THE NEW MAPS ARE NOT FREE EVERYONE NEEDS TO SUBMIT A BAD REVIEW AND NOBODY BUY THE MAP IT WILL FORCE THEM TO SELL IT FREE.

Alright, how many people have been waiting for this? well it finally came and well, its great. the controls take a while to get used to. I recommend increasing the sensitivity, it makes the game a lot more play-able. The graphics are insanely sick for the ipod and compared to the size of the app (which is only 16mb) it is great. the online is sweet. The fact that they will be adding more maps is great. the price is fine, well think, how much money did you spend on Cod 5? and how many times did you play nazi zombies? exactly. all i really used Cod 5 for is nazi zombies. the rest you can find on cod 4 and done better. The fact that now i can take nazi zombies everywhere is great. Overall, amazing game. if you cant afford $10 than wait for it to go on sale. otherwise get it NOW!!! I hope the maps costs like $2 or something. They should cost less than $10 because thats how much the cod waw map packs cost but they include other online maps so it would be a rip off if they cost $10

For anyone who has played the console version of the zombies and are on the fence as whether this game will live up to the quality, all I can say is that it does.The nacht der untoten zombies map has been recreated perfectly, the sounds are the same, the guns are the same, the power ups are the same, it's largely identical to the console versions. I can't emphasise enough how real to the full sized call of duty this game is. The controls are the best I've seen on an fps for iPhone, with three different control schemes it's hard not to find a way that's both comfortable and effective to play.The only complaint I have is that Activision has clearly envisigioned a future of releasing the other zombie maps as DLC, at 5.99 the game is already a top tier priced game. I welcome extended life being available for this game, however it feels like there should have been more maps initially.

This would be the best game ever on the iPhone yet, but the controls really are not that great. If only the controls had some other format this would be the best game in the App store!!! Also I think that the game should come with like 4 maps already downloaded. Cause its not fair that we pay $10 and only get one map!!! and we have to pay for the rest..... Anyways overall I think that more people should buy this app so I can play with them cause I'm always on!!

its amazing, i love you treyarch, but:
1. Add crouching
2. Multiplayer just pust me in a game by myself and says waiting for players (no one joins)
3. In multiplayer, make it so you can see other people's amounts of money
4. Please make new maps free
5. The MP40 texture changes very visibly when aiming down the sight
6. Change the fact that you cannot aim while cooking a grenade
7. make the area for purchasing the guns on the walls and random box larger, so you dont have to aim directly at it to purchase
8. The BAR is WAY overpowered
9. Add more achievments please
10. Add friends list
thanks i hope you appreciate my suggestions, and i hope to see some of them fixed in a later update.

Nazi Zombies 4 iPhone!

This is a great port of the Nazi Zombies mode in world at war. It has some great graphics and gameplay to match. Single player is great fun, but the highlight is the online co-op multiplayer. It works great, with minimal lag for me. There's also a leaderboard and achievements to get to keep the replayability up. I prefer the tilt controls as they are more accurate and much faster to use. They work much like Doom Resurection, but this time you control movement too. The only downer is there being just 1 map, but more are on the way and tbqh, the game is so much fun, I don't care.

For real I've been playin the real Nazi zombies on xbox and I loved it and I was waiting for them to make it one the iPhone and they did. And can i say it is sooo good. Havnt had a wifi connec yet but I'm sure it straight. Little rough playin at first cause controls are iffy but once u find the controls for u it's jus loke the one for xbox grafics and all. I'd def pay 10 bucks for it. Can't wait for the new maps. Hope they are free. Wonder if when on online if u can talk to the other ppl playin. If u can't they need to do that and if you can way to go apple def hit one out the park wit this one. I give it a 10 star not 5

Make maps free! Need a friend system and online chat is a must! I never review apps but this one is awesome and I want more pple to join. If you see me, stay in my game, I'm an expert. N. A. M. E. = RobotNinja. Seriously a good buy, but hopefully they lower prices and continue to improve continuity of multiplayer play and the game in general. Skip McDonalds and check this game out.

AWESOME!!! I never doubted it would be all like the original zombies! I recommend this to all people who enjoy playing the original "Nazi zombies" This is the best app I have on my phone definitely worth the money. Oh and maybe something you could do is just get a Lite version where they can play a map for like 2 minutes or so and then they'll be like THIS IS FLIPPIN' AWESOME!! and then they'll buy it.

This application was worth every penny! hey more people need to play on live! Also add more maps soon and try to make them free? Also way better graphics than xbox 360 and the guns aim for you! That makes it soooo much easier! :) I am normally always on so join my game, my gamertag is Samanator99. Also you should be able to put in a mic so we can talk like you can on xbox 360, and make the new maps FREE! But other than that GREAT GAME get it it's worth it!

First game, that nearly plays and feels like a major title. Solid work for porting a short bonus game fun. I love it. Recommended to everyone, who likes a little Zombie action.Graphics are great. Online with up to 4 players works very well. Just some minor control adjustments would be nice. The weapon should follow the finger like in "Modern Combat - Sandstorm". It's accelerated like in Doom Classic or Duke 3D here. Buttons should be individually placeable like in Wolf 3D.

Sure it takes a game or two of it to get used to it but after that you get used to it. The graphics on it are good, and you have an icon come up on the screen when a zombie is near you. They are currently working on new maps for it and i can not wait for them to come out. It will be really reallly good. you should definetly get this game.

I love the game, but one thing I consistently do on the console version is change my weapon while I'm reloading so I don't have to wait the entire time for it to reload and simply start on my secondary weapon. This is even a lesson that COD6 console version teaches it's users in the first campaign level. For some reason, I cannot change weapons while I'm reloading, it could possibly be a logic error in the ported code of reloading but it is something almost necessary to fix, thanks!
