This is a great game, one of the best dual stick shooters available right now and it's FREE. There is a good amount of levels with multiple waves in each level. There is a large amount of weapons and equipment that can be earned in game and some more that can be purchased with real money via IAP. The gameplay is easy, responsive, and fun to play. Sometimes you have to replay a level to get more cash or experince points and I enjoy that aspect of this game. Overall a great game, Great Job!

On my iPhone 4 I get NO lag at all, so I don't know what most of the reviews are talking about. This game is graphics intensive (ie good quality graphics, tons of on-screen enemies and bullets) and therefore takes a lot of processing power; if you have a relatively old iPod/iPhone such as one from a year or two ago and older, chances are it WON'T run perfectly as the game by design was not designed with lower-end hardware in mind. That's like complaining why Fallout 3 lags or doesn't even play on a 5-year-old $300 Dell laptop! You NEED the hardware to run this game so it's stupid to complain about the quality of the game running poorly when your device can't run it properly! Also, consistent wifi connection makes the game run much more smoothly as apposed to a choppy 3G connection; the game draws from your GameCenter friends list and consistently updates your friends' Bros in terms of experience (like if I am using your character as my Bro and you are also playing, you may see your experience go up WHILE playing in-game).Also, Glu doesn't force you to make the in-app purchases; ever hear of the phrase "time is money"? Prime example in these types of games: they give you a FREE well-made game and, if you want to make the game MUCH easier at the beginning and breeze through the first few levels, you can spend $10 and buy that triple-chain gun. Think to yourself: do you want to grind and challenge yourself through the game for hours to get to point "A" in the game OR spend the money and just skip to point "A"?Besides, I've purchased both the Tommy Gun and the Triple-Chaingun (forgot name) and yes, even though they helped me through the first 5 or so Stages ("Revelations" as they are called?) and after that the BEST weapon I find is the Rocket Launcher for the aoe (area of effect)/splash damage... This gun is purchased with COINS.That said, this game is incredibly addictive! My only complaints (if they could even be "fixed") is that the menu is sort of slow at times (no lag in-game however, even with tons of enemies on screen and bullets flying everywhere) and that it absolutely DESTROYS your battery! Seriously, this game--seeing how addictive it is--NEEDS to be plugged in or the battery will drain considerably after 2-3 hours of play (on iPhone 4).Requests: More planets, and most definitely more weapons! The Controls and Graphics are absolutely amazing. tons of features!! I cant stop playing this game. I can't wait for downtime! I must say when i got this game i thought it was going to be sh1t but i really enjoyed it (: this game has a HEAP of levels with hard enemies just for fun (: and i absolutely love the fact that you can upgrade your armour buy new weapons and everything! And you don't HAVE to use your real money. Buy i would've payed for this app. I love it :D there is a problem with the crashes youse really need to fix it i WAS on wave 50 and it crashed and deleted everythin

It's a really nice game but it would be even better if when your playing you would have a mini map so you can see where you are in the map. And it would be nicer if the Titan armor isn't so expensive . And also more cool guns but the guns are a little to expensive o and my gun bro should have better guns and better armor. O and you should try to fix the crash issue. And I would like if the player could see how much attack he has and how much defense he has or how much speed he has ect. Pls fix it asap!! Thanx

Olnly thing I don't like is the buttons are kind'a small and sometimes I try to escape but he moves slowly or not at all and i'm a newb so I know it's not armor it's just that I play and I'm pretty decent at it but every time I've died was almost always from me not being able to escape because of the buttons problem. On the other hand it play beautifuly never crashed on me. Very fun, has a veriety of weapens and other things to choose from, has good graphics. And beast of all it's FREE!!!!!

Fix this or give me a refund. I can understand an occasional issue, but this is ridiculous!The game is great fun but crashes all the time. Also give us some stat numbers for the level we are on so we can see the total affect on abilities with equipment added. Also allow for coin to bucks conversion, even I it is a lot, or get rid of the ads.

I don't know why other people are complaining about having to spend real money. First of all, the stuff you can earn in the game is great. I haven't spent any real money and I'm doing just fine. Second of all, for the quality of this game, you should be thankful to get to play it for free in the first place. Thirdly, stop being so cheap and pay a couple of dollars if you absolutely feel the need to get that special weapon. This game is great and runs super well on my iPhone 4, but quite jerky on my 3G. It has crashed a few times... but I still get all the money I earned up to that point. It does get a little repetitive after a while, but they are promising new worlds with future updates... This may solve the problem for a while, but the platform itself isn't just repetitive after a lot of play. The monsters are great, with quite a few different types, each needing a different strategy to handle.The ability to earn money and spend it on better guns, armor and power-ups is the key factor.

Update: some crashing issues with the bro game center integration but I'm sure it will be fixed soon with an update. If your game is lagging you might try fully powering down and rebooting it helps. Actually that helps with most games. All In all a great game one of the best I've played in the genre. A fun top down shooter with cool upgrades and customization options. The premium items increase the fun instead of feeling like cheap pay to play tactics. Co-op always a plus. And here's hoping they continue support with future updates.Add: Fin167

Weapons are expensive game money wise and takes a while to get if you don't play often but hey it's a challenge and I love a challenge. The only thing I wish i's that we can actually play with our friends so were not depending on a computers actions.Yo fix the Internet connection problems!

I have to say this is a real FUN game to play, you have to keep shooting waves of enemies to stay alive but you get help buy collecting ore to convert to coins so you can buy bigger & more powerful weapons, armour & special weapons like airstrikes. It's worth trying this game since it's a freebie, my only gripe about this game which stopped me giving it 5 stars is that the game crashes now & then which is very annoying, please sort this problem out developers. :-)

Need to make it so that i can get the Warbucks guns with more playtime or level unlock instead of making me pay for it. the paying for money can stay for those who can't wait but i rather farm coins to get better guns instead of paying. CRASHING. what's with the crashing of late. the game started crashing on me today. i've spent two days getting to level 25 and beating revolution 1 and now i'm reading that the crashing will delete my progress. fix the crash but don't make me start over.

Having spent hours on this game I believe this is the best dual stick shooter in the AppStore (plus it's free). Currently at revolution 4 stage 50, I haven't bought any in-app purchases shows you that you can make progress without spending a penny. Whats the best weapon?The machete mayhem is an awesome gun that took me hours of grinding to achieve enough coins (and to level up) in order for me to buy it (it's bloody worth it tho). I also have the gattling gun which I advise others not to buy with your hard earned coins due to the fact that it overheats very quickly, (meaning you cannot fire the weapon) and takes about 2 secs for it to cooldown. Gets very annoying. What weapons do the rest of you lot use? Anybody at the final revolution?Only gave it 4 stars as it won't allow me to add bros and keeps saying I'm offline when I'm not. Also can we have the option of exchanging coins for warbucks?

Excellent game. Challenging, great guns, and overall game gets four stars. It could easily be a five-star game, if it weren't for one major problem.I have a game center account, but the game will not recognize it. Whenever I play, it will most of the time say I'm offline. Most of the time I can understand it because I use an iPod and mist if the time I'm not using wifi. Occasionally, and I don't know how, but it will say I'm online, but most of the time it won't and it's kind of a pain.Please fix this problem.

Just like any version 1.0 need lots of fixing. Really enjoy the game play and fairly amount of different enemies and lvls.Ppl complaining about ads I just dont pay attention to them, and about paid gear... U don't rly need to buy it ... To all others THERE IS NO MULYIPLAYER. What it happens is u add a friend to ur list and the computer will play that character instead stock one...Lets hope for some multiplayer !Add me elthaco

I have to admit I love this game it's incredibly addictive and I find myself spending more money on this game then any other game I have ever had... But there are some MAJOR problems with the game as well! The game seems to crash randomly in the middle of game play which will really mess up you money situation in the game. Also the game seems to have some major issues with Game Center, it will randomly sign you on and off with no warning which also posses a problem with the game seeing as how you need to be online to not only use some of the major key elements of the game but without being online you can not pair up with other players on Game Center. I myself will keep playing the game and hope they fix the problems with a new update soon but if they do not get the problems fixed soon then the game won't be worth playing and I will definitely be upset with the time and money I have invested in it.

Ok, I'm going to explain the title of my review:This game is free because it had in game real money Purchases. I also had it crash and had to reset my device to get it running, but now it seems good.Gameplay is top-down dual joystick shooter similar to the old "Smash TV" game with better graphics.The graphics are top notch, but require a little loading time.The sound is also very well done. Music is good and explosions are nice. The difficulty is a little hard and can get pretty intense. Strategy involves finding a reasonably defensive spot and your ability to exploit your partner as a good bullet sponge. (evil grin)Now for the negative:Controls work, but you may wish for real physical joysticks. The game difficulty hints that it may be impossible to advance to higher levels without real money upgrade purchases.Overall this is an excellent action shooter if you take it for what it is and use caution about purchases.--OH, and it contains much more sexually Suggestive images than "Nude Runner: Girl" and no 17+ confirmation.
