I don't normally use that sentence so easily but this ap really is beat so far. Couldn't believe I hadn't reviewed it yet. It gets better and better has songs everyone knows and loves. And I discovered many great songs through this ap. New songs every week. Online play. Just everything is fantastic. Press the little install button now u won't regret it. Don't believe me. This games been about a year and is still under top aps. Go on u know u want to lol =D

I think its one of the best apps out there i give it five out of five stars but i think it needs more music i know they are always updating it but maybe we could get some music from The Lonely Island, Three Days Grace, All Time Low, Cobra Starship, A Day To Remember, Family Force 5, Plain White T's and anymore artist ya'll can think of, because I knw there are people out there with the same taste of music as mine...

This game is great. This is one of the few apps that can hold my attenion for more than a few minutes. The one problem is that some of the songs aren't very well known. There should be more main-stream songs available for download. Also the themed song packages are weird because the place where you tap changes which can confuse you and the notes are turned to gray or black. Other than that this app is amazing!

They have made another truly incredible application. I had been following the production of TTR2 since I heard about it and the first thing I did this morning was download this work of art. The download was fast and, as is the custom with every other Tapulous product, my account was signed in and I was ready to go. There are 3 tracks available to play from the get-go, but there are over 40 tracks available for download in each difficulty level. Most, if not all, of these tracks are different and gives TTR2 a considerably strong track listing. A nice mix of dance, rock, etc. will keep players tapping for a long time. As for the graphics, this game blows all others out of the water. Beautiful 3D graphics and animations make this game look incredible. It it s true blessing that Tapulous offered this App for free. Now, I am not new to the Tap Tap scene. I play mostly on Hard and Extreme. But things changed when I first opened this App and downloaded a track by one of my favorite artists. When "Sequoia Throne" by Protest The Hero started I was blown away. Tapulous has upped the challenge of these tracks and that pleases me, and many other tappers I'm sure, because there's room to improve. The new Campaign feature is very welcome, and gives more depth to the gameplay. Both the Single Player and the Double Player work very well. The way that Tapulous has mapped the notes for these tracks is done very well. They will range from applying to the guitar track, the drum track, piano, vocals, etc. But the question is; has Tapulous hit a perfect 10 on this release? Well, they were very close in my book. The downloads, as quick as they are, may fail at some times and will require a retry. The App has also crashed on me a few times after downloads and after completing a track. But with all issues aside, this is truly an incredible game. I look for more tracks and some amazing contests. I'll be playing Tap Tap Revenge 2 for a long time. Tapulous, my hat is off to you.

Awesome! I've had this app since it first came out, and it has been used an unbelievable amount of times! I had TTR1 too and this one is much better (sorry TTR1). Absolutely amazing. Suggestions: I would love to be able to request a song in the game, like someone else has said. And (happens with TTR Coldplay too) when the iPod goes into sleep mode, the music stops for the whole song. Also, auto pausing when the battery warning comes up can cost you a perfect game, and is a real disruption.  Oh, and please add some The Killers songs! Thanks. 

This update is so much better then previous ones. I really like the custom themes that songs have. It really adds icing to the cake. Game runs smoothly, I haven't run into any severe problems yet and I don't expect to see any. Nice array of songs also. One thing I would like to see in future updates is the ability to play against your friends head-to-head in online play, but other than that, I have no complaints. Very good game.

way better than guitar hero and free. you can download millions of songs onto it for free too. get this app you won't regret it at all. I would pay £3 for it and it would be well worth the money!!get it!!!!!A future update could be tap tap Green Day or have some green day songs In tap tap 2. I love you tapulous as you hve created my second fav game of all time (after CoD)!!!!!!!!! Keep updating and making more games and adding new songs. Could u make a harder level or have a new game where you could just play the drum beat or the riff and stuff like that??? Also have the top ten chart songs on as well?????

First of all, I should say that this is the best free game you can ever get. Let's look at the details:1. Awesome graphics that are insanely well done (especially the themed ones)2. Enough songs to keep you busy (but more top rated songs is needed!)3. A nice wireless play and ranking with rooms to satisfy most people.4. Some goals to reach (going for all is hard!)5. Songs go with the beat. HQ too.6. Free downloadable songs. Would you ever not get them. You can also delete the downloaded ones you don't like.7. 2 player mode. Yippee!In conclusion, this game is full of potential. Only a perfect 5 star can do this job. People who are lookinh for a good game. Here it is and it won't cost you a single penny!

Tapulous gives away what they could get maybe hundreds if thousands of dollars for for free. Great game, It would be worth it at 10 dollars. A few minor requests. Online player doesn't seem to work. I see you have already addressed that, but maybe a trouble shooters guide in the app itself. Another thing is the achievments. I love them, but add more. Maybe a 20k and an achievment between 100 and 1000. Maybe 500.

Tap Tap Revenge is simply the best game I've ever played. It's got me into lots of great new songs that aren't even in the charts yet, but will be soon! It's great fun to play and I haven't gone a day without not tap-tapping. IF YOU HAVEN'T GOT THIS APP, GET IT IMMEDIATELY! It's AMAZING! AND it's all FREE! :) That's basically free music! If you have Wi-Fi it makes it even more amazing! As you can play online and battle it out for 1st place.

At first when I noticed the new app I was skeptical. I figures it would only add advertisements and other small content additions. I was wrong. The new version has smoother controls, more song variety, offers the downloaded greater knowledge in the songs their buying, and shows an amazing new flashy background. Whether you are playing taptap for the first time or upgrading an older version, I highly reccommend downloading this app. One of the best free apps in the app store! Overall, it is a great game worth downloading.

Good app. Great gameplay, not too complicated as well which makes it a fast addictive game which u can play anywhere. I find the background quite distracting and the old revenge tappers were better. other than that this would be in one of the top 10 apps in the app store. I dont understand why the 1st tap tap is a paid app. If anything i think the first one should be free to give a player a taste of the gameplay and if they like it then they buy number 2. Anyways get it now b4 price goes up.Songs I reccomend: rocket, freak a zoid, garden state love game and heretics and killers. Would be good if u can edit the speed in which the tappers come down

TTR2 really needed the update. the previous version was way too bright and distracting for me. This new version look way nicer; the background is dimmer but still has that edge, and the redesign of the areas where you tap are a big plus for me. i also love how you guys put a meter on the left and right side instead of that tiny bar it used to have on the top corners; now i can still see how much i need to stop sucking to get some revenge! great job guys.

If you like the game phase for the iPod classic, or guitar hero, this is very simmilar, but better. Mainly because buttons aren't involved, it's all touch. They update regularly so there are always new features to play around with. Playin online is fun too. My only complaint is that you have to download music from their selection. The game phase for the classic iPod allows you to upload music from your library not a limited selection. They do add new tracks regularly, and they do add good stuff too. Every thursday is a new track and contest. Overall, it's my most used app and by far the most entertaining. Honestly I can't understand why it's free. It would be worth it to pay for too. Love it!

Wow! Imagine my surprise when I go to the downloads section of the game and find my absolutely favorite local band in the world! Nevershoutnever! Rocks! Oh, and the games amazing too. Think: Tap Tap Revenge 1 + Double Tap notes + Tap and Hold notes + More sensitive and responsive + Enough flashing lights to make you have a seizure whether you're epiliptic or not! + Smoother Interface + Who knows what else! Oh, according to my iPod right now this is THE FIRST REVIEW!!!! Yay!!!!! (game played on a jailbroken 1st gen. iPod Touch. Crashed first time I tried it, then I rebooted my iPod and it worked perfectly.)

K first off this version is way better as all songs available are free!!! Versus TTR3 u gotta pay for the songs ranging from $1 to $2! Although TTR3s songs are WAY better as they feature some well known artists such as skynyrd and some others, they are not worth payin for as TTR3 is $1 to begin with! You'd be payin far more money for songs than the app itself! Save that money to buy the real songs that you can listen to ANYTIME rather than only in-game!Some people Seem to only like v3 because of the better looking interface. Even though the graphics look really good, it doesn't cover up v3 lagging issues. TTR2 has about the same lag, if not less, than v3! The speed of both games are also on a similar level.All in all, TTR2 is an undefinable winner compared to TTR3 as it has most of what v3 has, with the exception of FREE ( but not too good) music. I would wait for v3 to become an update in order to get it, or wait for the songs to be free. Stick with TTR2 for now!Btw sorry for the long review as I am just expressing how outraged I feel toward Tapulous' TTR3!!!! >:(
