VRPT3 I am a loyal clannie and is helpful, nice, smart, and will HL when ever. I do not complain about when people spam attack me. It's a GAME!! (A very awesome One at that!!!) I only have slaves and looted abilities and my income is around 14mil. I will attack clannies on the HL but NEVER on the attack page. I'll only attack clannies on the attack page if they allow me to OR If they wanna be my .  Please add and BC me! I REALLY liked this game when I first started playing it and took me a while to realize not to waste 'blood' on the healer whenever I was hurt, et al. I advanced and learned (or so I think) the way the game is supposed to be played.
Yet, recently I've been getting VERY frustrated with the fighting. There is no CLEAR way on why I lose most of the times. I fought a clan of 8 while I had 32 and 3 times more ALL their 'learned' abilities and still lost. TWICE! And yes I have 'learned' several skills, etc. The website has NOTHING and support offered 'luck' as an explanation.
From reading the comments of my other clansmen, I'm not alone in this frustration.
What's the point of playing, arming yourself to the teeth (pun intended), growing your clan, learning about 10 of each ability and still losing 60-70% of the fights.
I wish the developers would put some more concrete info out. Are the skills cumulative? Do you need one skill for each clan member (even though they should have those skills)? etc. etc.

Warning for folks, this is not a game for those easily disturbed by horror themes. Of course Vampires Live has a very strong pagan vibe to it, so if that offends you, stay away from this app. Vampires Live, is disturbing to me, but I also find it enjoyable because I find it a well polished game. It's obviously modeled after the typical MMO games but it has a nice interface and good gui. You can comment on people's pages which is a nice touch and the Main character of the game Vampire Lord Jager is a hypnotic dangerous looking vamp. Twilight Fans will be very happy with this game and Vampire fans as well naturally.
Although Vampires Live has the same formula, you can tell the thought process that went into this MMO app. It's different than iVampire and a lot darker too. You have special abilities, you can enslave animals, humans and more so you get hourly blood income. This is merely hinted at in ivampire and undead live. Here, you actually see very good graphics of your abilities, transformations and the graphics are better than iVampire.
It even has a tutorial taking you through all the steps one by one. Very interesting. I enjoy this more than iVampire but I do miss the some things like iVampire's bulletin board but I must admit that can get very annoying. Vampire Live currently is very new so there is not a lot of players online but hopefully bullying won't get out of control.
I recommend Vampires Live to Vampire/Horror MMO fans and MMO fans that are adventurous. Those for the faint of heart need not apply. Twilight and Anne Rice Fans will adore this game. ADD ME 2VSS2!

Great game. Just when you feel like it's getting slow join a clan  underworld is the perfect clan for you. Large lloyal and will protect you untill you are strong. If I ha the time to play all of Storm8's games, I would. However, I really only play Vampires Live and Zombies Live. These games can get repetitive, but the key to avoiding that is getting tons of clannies. The social interaction in the Storm8 games is what sets them high above the rest. This game has quite a bit more than the others. It's incredibly fun, even if you don't spend a cent on extra points. Storm8 will also offer extra points fo the game every 2-3 days if you try their other games. You can just delete the game after logging in and you still get the free points. One of the downsides of the game, however, is tha there is quite a few complainers and quite a few mean people who play, but running in to them is rare. If you want to get into an online rpg for your iPhone, pick this up. It is also connected to Zombies Live so you can fight zombies (you can have a vampire an zombie, FYI). This is a very entertaining game meant for short bursts of entertainment every few minutes or every few hours. Basic idea of the game is to do missions to gain "blood" (currency in this game). You can then buy "slaves" (which give you blood every hour real time) or abilities for your vampire so they can fight better (some abilities are required for certain missions. You can also fight other vampires. Wins/losses are based on abilities and the amount of people in your clan.
Example for fight (assuming you have 10 people in your clan and you attack)
Your attack power is determined this way:
-your attack stat x 10
-the ten "physical" abilities with the highest attack stat
-the ten "sensory" abilities with the highest attack stat
-the ten "transformation" abilities with the highest attack stat
Compare this number to the opponents defense number (same as above except replace the word "attack" with "defense) and you should be able to figure out who will win.

I never realized that a point/health building game can be so addicting. I tried another one of this type, but didn't understand it. When I saw this one with the subject of Vampires I had to give it a try, THEN I understood it. Every chance I get I'm on this game. I can't wait to try out the other genres of this game template. Vampires is exciting, original, fun and what's really cool is that it's like reading a book, but you're part of the story of ultimate wealth and power. Every fight, mission, etc. can be imagined as a film in my mind (which is how I read books).
Thanks to the developers for this app and to all the other players in Vampires Live for making it fun, even those who attack me :)

An app for eating up your time

This is not the sort of game you sit and play for 3 hours, and delete. It's the type of game that, starting with a few posible choices, spirals into something that.. only takes up a couple of minutes of your time.. every 45 minutes, and then every 5 minutes, until you find yourself checking every couple of minutes to see if you've been attacked, if your choice of powers has protected you.. And hence, a casual app eats your time up. If you have time, play it. If you have time, enter NRVT1 into the recruit box to start your very own collection of vampires. (Be aware that downloading any free program by the same developers will also net you a nice bonus in this game, purely for launching it once!)

Tip: The larger your clan, the more powerful you are! Add members by choosing MY CLAN and entering codes into the INVITE USING CLAN CODE. There is a daily limit of 10 adds per day. Below are 10 codes to start you off. Remember to teach each clan member one Physical, one Sensory, and one Transformation ability. Also, the maximum number of clan members that will participate in a fight with you is equal to your level times 5, so purchase abilities accordingly. Enjoy and please rate this post as helpful!!!

To those of you who are thinking about which class you should choose:
Overlord is the only class you should choose.
Because:
You can pay for the healing, which means berserker is useless at all. (1 hp regeneration per 3 mins)
Energy regeneration is fast enough, which means Daywalker is usless in most situations.
Almost every are related to Blood. Overlord is you best choice.
This is a great game! EVER!

I've played the majority if not all of the MMO type clones and I have to say, Storm8's Mafia, Vampires Live and Racing Live beats all the other clones out on the app store, these bring you more into the Role Playing aspect of the game and makes you enjoy and forget about the grind, it still needs a few twinges sorting out such as the top bar header should scroll attached onto the top screen, saves keep scrolling back up but all in all, I'll be playing these for a long time, keep them updated! This game will be top in no time! 10/10

I love Storm 8! Thank you so much for this game! I can't get off it once because I have to keep my prescious blood.  Ive tried other Storm 8 games but they don't appeal to me as much as this game does. Graphics are awesome. Strategy idea is awesome. One thing that would make this game perfect is if there was one day in each month where only Zombies are on the attack list and vice versa. So it'll be like ZombievsVampire day and there will be like a counter on the home page seeing who is attacking/killing the most. :P

I've never really been into this kind of game but I have to admit I'm addicted to this now! It would help if the FAQ section was clearer. For example, it took me a while to figure out what clan members actually did etc. Also would be helpful to know how important is the number of clan/your stats/abilities are in a battle. But it is an exciting game
The recent of addition of loyalty points which you pay for has ruined the quality of the game. Some players have simply spent some money and is now at the top of the game. There should be a limit on how many loyalty points can be bought or diminishing returns for loyalty points.

UPDATE IDEAS!!-Instead of the highest level being 200, make it higher, like 500, or 1,000 -Make a option to donate blood, lets say you enter a amount of blood you want to donate with the player you are donating to code -More slaves, or some slaves that have defense against zombies, it really isnt fair they have traps with defense when we dont, so slaves with like +5 defense against zombies Please take these into consideration!!
