Lörd Skįttlê back and I have ideas. Isn't that happy boys and girls! Well yes it is and I love this game. Well I think it would just splendid if you made it like Nazi zombies on call of duty and have like four people fight in some (crazily creepy ) house and have special pickups and be able to purchase weapons. It would also be just delightful if there could have campain WITH AN ACTUAL STORY and could mow down zombies in tanks, warthog-like vehicles, helicopters (WOOHOO), bulldozers, cranes, transformers, howitzers, and my personal favorite iron man suits! YAY! There could also be optional (blood) and different enemies ( aliens, ghosts, barney, hannah Montana, elmo, French fries, boss battles, clowns, etc.)=

Yes, it is buggy, however, this is a shoot 'em up game that is worth the download. Great sounds, cool gfx, keeps you on your toes. Good reflex on the touch screen for accurate shooting. It is far from the Doom or Quake gaming engines, but, for a mobile game, it is really cool! At least check it out and give it a go for yourself. I look forward to the updates. Right now it is free. Download it while you can with no charge. Keep up the great work

Finally a way for me to practice my zombie killing for the coming zombie apocalypses. This game is awesome, I would of paid 2 bucks for this game, maybe more. This game is so much better than that terrible Spore Origins.
My only feature request is to have the guy make a grunting noise when he is hit. This app needs a little more polish and it will be perfect, considering it's almost perfect as it is.I like the update, my only two complaints are: there is no visual reaction when your guy gets hit. Like a red border effect. The only other complaint is I think the Zombies are faster on normal. Keep it up, I look forward to seeing what comes from this app.

First, kudos for the freebie. I think that's really generous considering release dates are contingent upon how fast Apple moves and the devs can't control that. Despite the inabilty to save, it's a great game, from the physics to the funky sound effects. Of course, I'd love to see save option added (and I'm sure it will be) and while I didn't think of it, but as others suggested, the option to buy ammo or a specific weapon/ first aid (or more pick ups like in Silent Hill for example....this reminds me of SH for some reason) would be a welcome addition. I'm enjoying playing regardless and look forward to updates and other apps. I haven't found any fault besides the save thing, whis was negated by the freebie, to warrant less than 5 stars. Again, thanks for the game and great job!

I think this game was good but some things you guys should do in the next update is add a bar telling you how many zombies are coming in the next day then get more weapons and make it so you can get more than 1 ammo for 1 weapon a day and what would be really awesome is if you make like on level 10 there should be a boss battle and so on great game buy it now while it's free and still when it's 0.99 buy it then also!!!!

I was skeptical at first. But after giving it a try, it turns out to be a lot funner than expected. Give it a try if you like. And if it's not for you, then delete it. But don't give it a bad rating before giving the game a chance like so many others have done. It'd be nice if the next update included more locations and perhaps the ability to move to a new location so people don't say it's boring. Moving forward or backward would be possible by just tilting the phone or touch up or down and still be able to shoot. That would make the game more interesting. Can hardly wait for the update where you can save if you quit the game or receive a phone call. Great way to kill some time too.

To Ant2009001 and all the others giving bad reviews because the game crashes when you try to play it... Are you STILL that clueless that you don't know the very basics of iPhone/iPod Touch operations? You just need to REBOOT YOUR DEVICE... Now do it & give this fantastic game an honest, fair review!
For those whining about no save-game feature... READ the game's description; the developer is adding harder settings & save game features in the first update! If you don't want to play the FREE version of the game because it doesn't have a save feature... then why did you download it? Or didn't you bother reading beyond the word FREE?
Now, onto the review from someone who's actually PLAYED the game...
The good: awesome gameplay, great graphics, weapon specific sound fx, cool & creepy theme music, each weapon has a specific effect (shotgun takes out multiple zombies if they're close enough to each other), different zombies need different amounts of firepower to dispatch them & they move at different speeds.
The bad: it can get a little repetitive & it could use a little more variety.
My suggestions for future updates:
1) Add additional zombie types (with different appearances) that are harder to kill and/or move with some degree of AI and/or faster.
2) More zombie sound fx (like a signature sound to ID the approach of specific zombie types). And maybe some more creepy voice-overs like at the opening.
3) With certain types of zombies and/or the use of certain weapons, it'd be nice to see zombies blown into bits/pieces, perhaps with a little blood also. (Grenade = pile of zombie mush or scattered body parts; shotgun = big hole in chest & lots of blood splatter on the ground; etc.)
The more variety the better... It will keep us from any chance of boredom during those long, zombie slaying, sessions!
It's already a 5 star game (even if it gets a price on its head) & can only get cooler with the promised, soon-to-arrive updates (and, of course, incorporation of my suggested upgrades)!

The ideas behind this game are great and the basics here are sound. I do however have a coupple problems with this game. Here are a few suggestions:1. When you run out of ammo for either the shotgun or revolver, it should default back to the pistol. That way, you wouldn't be sitting there hitting the screen wondering "WTF!!!" and getting killed.2. Why is he just standing in the middle of a road? I suggest putting him maybe behind a bunker or a short wall and having the zombies attack the wall. Once they break through, thats it, it's over. That would make more sense.3. Change the way you select your weapon. It's too east to accidently waste a gernade when trying to revert back to the pistol, and often times, you have to hit a certain weapon multiple times before it changes to it.4. What's up with the way you get new weapons?!? They just come up and you TAP them? Maybe make it trickier to pick them up, but also offer multiple and random weapon pick-ups throughout each stage. This would definitley add a new range of depth to the game.Overall great game guys and good work! Keep it up and please seriously consider these changes. They would make your game so much better! Looking forward to these updates so that I can change this review and throw 5 stars up top instead of 3.

What can I say? When you are I of paying a dollar for a game, you can't ask for the world. Gameplay is solid on this one. Decent sound and graphics. I would hope future updates would bring more features like being able to advance thru a level instead of just standing in one place killing zombies. It would also be nice if the game offered some kind of health power-up. Otherwise, this is still an enjoyable game.

This is a game that will hook you for short periods of time, but gets repetetive very quickly. I hope that future updates will solve this problem by adding an optional co-op mode, new weapons like a machine gun or rocket launcher, a leader board designed to keep track of your scores specifically and finally a change in the background environent every few levels or so. Besides these issues this game can be quite fun and is worth it's current price! I just hope the creators take this feedback to heart and really work hard to make this game the best it can be.

The game is great, however there is plenty of room for improvement. The last update enhanced the game with smoother and faster gameplay. I always did like the music, has that living dead feel! Though the background can be a bit boring! I suggest a street with a car or two some rubble and trash... You know give it that post apocalypse scene! As for the weapons... How about some machine guns and the ability recover your health! Keep it up! Good work!

I love this game, I must agree with the last reviewers this game has GREAT potential, with a little back story and alittle help from Kroll (walking wise) this game could really go places. Also it's quiet a steal I would not have minded paying as much as 2.99 for this game in it's current state. With some good updates could be worth maybe as much as 7.99. Also more guns, and bombs would add to the game, also some spooky atmespheric music wouldn't hurt, and the option to save, also the option to pick from a male or female would be great.

..but needs improvement, and soon if your asking money for it. I got it when it was free, so no penalties from me there, but if I bought it I would feel slightly ripped off. Only slightly though. I sent you an email with my suggestions for improved game play so look into that for 5 stars from me, and from everyone who ever plays it.Anyway, for those of you wondering if you should get it, ATM I will say this: if you are obsessed with zombies (which I am not) you will probably love it as is, but if you want a game that has decent game play and a story/campaign just wait and see what happens. I'm crossing my fingers for that, but if it doesn't happen I may just bin the app and go for Quake, which I seriously damn well hope makes it past Apple. Plus that will be free. Overall though it's still worth a bit over a buck for a good time, plus I really think good things will come from it.

This has everything other touch shooters don't, and the physics just like fieldrunner when you shoot zombies and they go flying back, doubt we'll find it in a update but a simple first person shooter like that would be killer!! An update I would like to see is a machine gun and blood to splater the whole screen like infected for the psp, great job though thanks for making it free.(update) Get Idracula!!! 1000 • better than this game and for the same price, Are You Listining To The Words Coming Out Of My Fingers, scroll out of here put idracula in the search engine and hit the buy button. But to be far I left my old review of this game, before the appstore started pumping out candy like, ID, Sentinal, with hillbilly hopefully on it's way, just to name a few. And sorry for the ID add coniption, but I did download ur game, and you haven't updated or come out with another game to even compete with other shooters out to date.

When you think top game apps, Enigmo, Texas Hold 'Em, and Cube Runner may come to mind. However, I think that Zombie Invasion could very well be in that conversation one day.
Starting with what Zombie Invasion is right now, is that it is really good. Sure the gameplay can get a little repetitive but for me, it's fun either way. The graphics look clean and run smooth, the design has been well crafted, and the leader boards are a really nice touch. This game is cool as it is and if it never changes it would still be great.
But for me (and most others probably) it's what Zombie Invasion could be that really gets me thinking. My main point is that it could use some more modes, primarily a story mode. Defintely keep the survival mode though. Now I hear people say make it like Resident Evil with a Kroll design to the gameplay, and that would be cool. I would caution however, not to make it a free roaming FPS or 3rdPS like Cube. That would defintely slow it down. But other than a Resident Evil format, I was thinking like an Oregon Trail format. You could have a variety of tasks like hunt for food, find missing villagers, snipe some zombies in the distance, discover the mystery of the zombies, then escape on a thrilling river chase. And all the while between these main tasks you could have the normal survival mode, as you shoot zombies while Jimmy tries to gather apples or something like that. Now if the Kroll design was incorporated with this, that would be cool, but maybe a lot of work.
I don't know if the developers have already made up their mind about where this app is going, but it seems that they have some great options. The Kroll influenced zombie game, the normal one now but with some added new game modes a story and a Oregon Trail vibe, or a cross between the two. What ever they choose to do, this app is still great.

This app is worth a dollar on sale for all you can do in it, I think they should make an update so that your charector is walking while your still shooting, like different place settings so that your person walks into a graveyard or an old house/mansion and they pop out of doors and things, if that happened i would play this app alot more! also the sound for the guns have to have a deeper sound and sound more powerful. When the zombies come close to you I think that you should be able to knife them or something like that. This app has a good start and I like it you should buy it while its on sale.
