Thanks iFitness - this thing rocks!! These people are offering a top-notch health program for next to pocket change - well worth the purchase! I especially liked the ability to create my own workout list - too many other programs make that part confusing and difficult. Thanks for keeping it simple.
I've already added my own exercises, and with the tons you offer, I was able to customize my own workout list. But I still end up using your preset ones. lol. Go figure.

I see a lot of fitness programs on the iTunes store but this one is by far the best. I didn't have to spend an hour trying to make sense of how things work .. the design is great and the content can't be topped. You can make your own workout, but I found their premade ones did the job better. Some of these other apps are saying they have 300 + exercises, but when I downloaded them, they only had 10-20 and wanted me to pay more? No way. This app delivers exactly what they promise. The logging system and ability to add your own exercises are also excellent features!!

I love this app. The diagrams and videos are especially helpful and it's that nice you can choose workouts for certain muscle groups. The price is great, too.However, this app is just begging for a search function! It would be extremely useful when creating workout plans. In addition, it would be nice to be able to view the workout stats when you are choosing which exercises to add to your routine. Right now, it only lets you check or uncheck. A muscle picture would also be nice for that section.

I downloaded this app a while ago but only recently started using it a lot. For anyone that works out more than once a week this is a fantastic app. It allows you to create great routines and track your weight progress as you go.They just recently added multiple profiles to this app. The function is awesome! I work out with a friend all the time and this has made results tracking incredibly simple for both of us. Get this app!

This is a great app and, in my opinion, worth the money. In your hands you have a database of exercise routines that are easier to access than if you Googled them yourself, and possibly even more informative. The fact that you can have it with you in the gym just makes it that much more convenient. There is room for improvement and innovation; combining this app with one like Lose It! would be an incredible program.

I love this app but even more I love the dedication of the developers! With costant update after update to try make it better and better!! If all developers were as good the app store would be a much better place!!!Well done guys great great job!!!PS: Feature request.. I'd like the possibility to copy 1 of your routine in the app stright into the "my workouts" section and be able to edit and add excercises, to be able to swipe quickly the excercises pictures in a routine without going back to the list page just like we do with the tracking, to quickly see all excercises in a routine.Thanks guys!5 app!10Dedication to the app and the customers!

I have been dreaming of this app since I had a smart phone. I used to have a Palm Treo and used to keep memos of all my weights, sets, reps, and exercises. Now I have this beautiful interface to enter my workouts, create new workouts and keep track of them, and track my progress. With most apps on the iPhone you get super excited about the program and then the interest wanes...I'm still using it and loving it!!! Keep up the good work!

I LOVE this app. It is what I always wished u would have, aPersonal trainer that tracks my progress!I do have one request: when you generate your own workout routine, it does not look like you can change the order in which the exercises are listed. If we could change that, it would be great.But seriously, I LOVE this app. If you think you you might like an exercie app, I don't think you will regret getting this one.

This app is all that I expected it to be and more. I am on the move quite a bit and so getting to the gym can be difficult. Now with this app I can look into new exercises to vary my routine and keep fit wherever I am. When I go get to the gym, I don't use the app on the gym floor (I don't like to carry the relatively-large iphone during workouts) but if I did it even has a countdown feature to keep track of rest between sets. Its fine for me to log my workouts when I'm done and keep track of my progress. It's a good reality check to see what I've done over the past two weeks or month and if I need to push myself more or I'm on track with my goals. Also the tracking BMI and weight is a good feature and yet another way iFitness helps me keep track of my workout goals.

Love this app. Use it everyday in the gym. Tracking my sets keeps me focused in the gym, and helps me improve and gain by recalling the weight I used last time, and seeing notes I made on whether it was too light, etc. Not a complaint, just an inquiry or suggestion. I love the preplanned routines and wish I could select just one button that added that entire routine to my workout and allowed me to rename it.

Make a change in your life by spending next to nothing for an amazingly comprehensive application! I've been a personal trainer for 20 years (wow time goes by fast) and I was stunned by the amount of content and ease of use. It's clearly designed and made by a group that knows what they are doing in the gym. I can't give enough praise so I even emailed them letting them know how highly I regard their work.

Simple and easy to use, I love this app. I wrote in with a suggestion, and it was put into the latest update. Good work!
In particular, I enjoy the simplicity of the program .. even though it has more features than the other fitness apps, it balances things well. When they add logging feature in a week or so, there will be no competition. I regret having bought some of the other apps now.

I don't get the full benefit of this at home as I don't have a personal gym. So at home I use it for weight training with my barbell and dumbells. As it's portable it's great to take to the gym as well. And people please stop complaining about not having a gymIt contains excercises to do without equipment but afterall it's a fitness app so you should expect for a high quality one such as this to need equipment for maximum benefit for the user.

If you are serious about fitness training, this is the best app on the apps store. They constantly update the app to the customer's satisfaction. They thought about everything, & if you're still not satisfy, request it & you'll probably get it. At this price, you won't be sorry. It's worth more than $2, so don't wait, buy it now, it's the whole package. P.S. I don't work for the company I am just serious about fitness.

I have been using this app for like 3months now and man I am telling you, this one is awesome. It exactly tells you everything you need to know about doing different excercises. And I could actually feel the difference - with and without the guidance provided by this app. Apart from all the great things about this app, they also keep updating it with new features and bug fixes. They seem to be on their toes and working real hard with making this app a real success. I whole heartedly appreciate that guys!

I love this app. I'm a 15 year old teen who is involved in many sports every day. Because I'm in so many sports I really don't have time to go to the gym. I am just now really getting into working out and getting strong so I'm new to the whole thing. They do need to add some home routines that you can do with minimum equiptment like just dumbells. Also since Some people like me may be new to the whole deal how about suggested weight we should be working with and how long we should be doing each excercise. Other than that GREAT app. I love it!
Best fitness app out there

This app is really something else, it is constantly being made better with updates. And not just little ones, I have had this app since it came out and it is even better now with graphing and bmi etc. It keeps me motivated because I look at how often I have gone and what I lift and I just want to keep the log full! Great or beginners and experts who just want a log. Worth much more than what they ask.

This is an incredible app. Whether you go to the gym 6 times a week or only ocassionally you'll find this app very useful. It allows you to track all your workouts and see your progress. It also lists a nonexhaustive list of exercises by muscle groups. The best thing about the app though is that it's obvious that the developers really care about the product. I've had this app for almost a year and the app had been updated nearly 9 times since then. The developers are constantly trying to improve the app and add new features. Thats rare especially with apps that cost $2. The only thing that I would add to improve the app is the abilty to get exercise recommendations based on the muscle or body part you are trying to target.

This is defintly the best app in the app store. I have had it since the beggining and it is constantly updated with new and exciting features and excercises. It is great for anyone looking to lose weight, build muscle, tone up, tighten thier glutes or even improve thier golf game. This is a must have with weight and BMI tracking and graphing and daily logs. Great app guys and keep up the good work!!P.S. Love the new golf routine. Gotta try it this month.DEFINTE MUST HAVE APP!!!
Superb app and always being updated

Has lots of different workouts with great detailed images, instruction and now video. You have the option to workout specific muscles groups. What I like is that these guys take user suggestion, and incorporate it in app updates - I think I must have updated this app about 6 times, all for the better. Well worth it, I've had it since the beginning, just thought I'd give a good app some appraisal. Good job guys, keep up the good work.
