If your looking to buy a home - especially if you are going to be relocating - this is a must have! It makes of so much easier to get a good idea about home prices in new locations! I wish I had this a few years ago when I relocated across the country. Now that I am planning another major move, this app is saving me hours of trying to wrangle my way thru the Internet - which if anyone knows what it's like to try to wade thru all the crap out there on the web knows it's a pain! This is the way to go! Also, if you are planning on selling your home, this will give you a good idea what is comping in your neighborhood & surrounding areas. You won't be sorry - especially cuz it's FREE!!!

Needs ability to sort search results. Also would like to see more detailed filtering options for searches. I don't find this usefull enough to keep just yet.

I was expecting some (not spot on) proximity but the results were very far away. Needs refining b/c the ap described here is not what downloaded. Yes, glad it was no charge.
