I just paid and downloaded and explored this app. On the screen it is listed as version1.2. I thought I was buying v1.2, but on my iPod Touch/"About">it shows v.1.0. I'm recerting in two weeks and though this would be a perfect review. Seems pretty good so far......BUT--why did I not get the version I paid for?
IMPORTANT ADDENDUM 9/20/09!
I emailed Dr. Chan re the version listed on my iTouch. He immediately got back to me and advised that they had forgotten to revise the version #, when they updated the app; but it IS v1.2!
I have now used this app for studying for 2 days...and find it VERY helpful. Thanks Dr. Chan for your quick, kind response. MBH

I liked this app because it reviews all of the new changes the ACLS algorithms. I work in the ICU and have published articles on torsades and VT. This app covers the latest treatment protocols, including amiodarone and defibrillation. This is something I recommend to all nurses and med students.

This is a must have app for the wards and ICU. I work in an ICU and this program helped me treat a PEA the day after i got it. The dosages are useful. I liked the toxicology and the lytes review.
