I have no problem giving 5 stars to this app. It's simple, fast start up, and perfect companion for the iPhone camera. When taking phone pics, lighting is generally not optimal, and PS mobile is a great app for quick fixes on-the-fly.It's even better if you have 3rd party cera apps, which gives you bigger resolutions to work with. It's obviously not a PS replacement, and people that are THAT concerned about missing features/dumbed down PS/ etc... really shouldn't be looking for a PS replacement on a mobile in the first place. There is my 2 cents ;)

Really great iPhone program. Seems to be based off of the free Photoshop online website. To those who complain it doesn't have all the features of Photoshop: you guys are total idiots. Obviously it won't be as feature rich as the full version of Photoshop. It's a FREE iPhone application running on LOW SPEC iPhone hardware. Compare this to a $500 piece of software running on full desktop computers.
:drools: soooo good

This is the best!! Also combine this with mypaint = perfect comboHighly reccommendedGUI = 9/10very simple, organized and you don't need to have a high IQ level to figure out anything.Operation = 10/10absolutely no lag, and doesn't crash. Perfect you can say.Features = 7/10it could of been better with the brush/pencil/colour replacement tools like on the pc version, but other than that, still a great app.Overall = 9/10great app for photo editing on the go, you can really make good looking images, also one of the first apps I've seen with cropping and exposure.Everything has been implemented well and I highly reccomend this app to everyone (^-^)/
Good Features for the Price

There may be more feature-packed photo editing apps out there, but this one is free and it does a fine job with its limited feature set. Personally, I can't imagine wanting to touch-up photos taken on an iPhone camera very much anyway, seeing as the quality of the images is almost always going to be very low. If it's just a quick mobile snapshot, pretty much all I would want to do with it is found in these basic tools.
Great for mobile photography

This is the right balance of features for a mobile application -- it's the perfect item to have in your arsenal to replace a myriad of applications many use on the phone. Don't let the name misguide you -- you don't need a photoshop.com membership to use the application -- instead, you'll find all the common things you need -- crop (which by nature, doubles for zoom) - rotate - flip -- and fun effects to add to your photos before you upload them to your favorite website or use in your own works. The application does non-destructive editing, and saves directly back onto the phone, making it an easy addition to your photo workflow. Plus, you can take photos right from within the application. A great 1.0 effort!

I had this app on my windows mobile phone. one thing this version is missing is the ability to log into other photo sharing sites like flickr, photobucket etc., and edit them and upload directly to them. this version is great in it's on right. the simple photo editing and the selection of filters is a great starting point. I can't wait to see what they add in updates. plus. it's free. how can you not give adobe 5 stars for this :)
Amazingly awsomely cooly great

Amazing I used to have an app just for croping that sucked. And I had an app for coloring the picture that made the pics blury. This app has nothing rong with it and it's flawless. This is way more than its Stars and so on!

I downloaded this a couple of days ago and wondered why it was not in the Top Ten and had no reviews.
I guess it was because it was so new...damn...I could have been the first reviewer! :-)
Excellent app...and it's free!
Simple to use & makes great use of the iPhone interface...most of the basic (and a couple of fancy) effects to spruce up your pictures taken with the camera or already downloaded to your iPhone.
Hopefully will include more effects in a future update but difficult to improve upon its usability I would think?

Needs a Major douc**ng,Very Good App. will require blah blah blah. (yes it had bugs, you do too.) It deserves five stars! Unless Mr. N can make something better save the rant ;).Good issue statement. Could lose the douc** effect though.Cancer?... What the **** does that have to do with anything?!Adobe, Great Company. The end. (yeah me paying 99 cents is gonna fix anything xD)Everyone else. Give props to adobe. Great app, as a bonus it's even free!. Dont worry about noobs & their douc***g. This app deserves 5 ;D.

This is IT. I did not hesitate to delete all other five photo enhancement programs I had, after a short test run. Thanks Adobe, it's been a few years since the last time I thought you folks are really kool and not so much of a "corporation". BTW this also works without any subscription and it is has been ad free so far. I feel indebted somehow! I am still enjoying one of the earliest iPhones in existance, you get the idea (hey...)
Definetly worth your HD space

I don't see why everyones complaining, this apps amazing it does plenty of things that other apps do BUT ITS FREE!
god.. I would have paid for this even if it cost me 99c... it's a great app for editting on the go.. whether its increasing
brightness, adjusting the contrast, adding some basic photo effects. It's a must have for your iPhone, all your editted
photos are then saved in your camera roll, where you can upload onto your computer.
It's worth the download, and did i mention that it is FREE?! stop complaining people.. apps don't get any better then

All we neef now is flash
By: Tru gooner - 03-Dec-2009
Adobe are a magnificent computer and now phone company...withouy adobe watching videos from the internet wouldn't be possible just like how it is on the iphone. Apple need to give adobe the permissions they need to do the app because they more or less have one ready. Looking at this app apple shouldn't have no second thoughts about allowing flash on the iphone. SO JUS DO IT AN STOP WASTIN TIME APPLE!!!!
Great Features. Cant Wait For Future Revisions!

Thank you Adobe!! This is an amazing application for free and is only going to get better as Adobe has top notch developers and a proven track record. It amazes me the people complaining about such a functional/solid/free application. I would have easily paid $5 or more for this application so free makes it an incredible deal. I have a feeling all the complainers dont know what kind of effort goes into developing applications.... but hey thats why all of us techies are still employed...
Very Very Good App

I've messed with a lot of photo editing Applications on here, and as far as editing goes, this is by far one of the best. It is very organized, and is straight to the point as far as photo editing is concerned. It has a nice range of styles you can add to the photos, but nothing over extreme that would cause the app to become too complicated or would lead to crashing more often. I have seen some of the negative comments on here, and it is the generally same ones that are just against photoshop altogether. Dont even bother reading the negatives, they aren't even worth your time. I highly recommend this app above all and should be given more stars then it has. Great job Photoshop! :)

One of, if not the best free app!
By: CaptainS - Oct 11, 2009
The user interface is great, seamless functioning between features, and very useful! I can't complain about the image quality because the camera isin't a DSLR, but it does exactly what it advertises for photos on the iPhone/iPod Touch. Must get while free! However I could see a paid version having more features such as auto levels, contrast and color and sharpening. Overall great job Adobe, 5 out of 5, but it deserves 10!

ASI finally comes to iPhone, and what better way to do this than with their flagship product, Photoshop. As a stand alone mobile photo editing tool, a tad underpowered, but plenty of features such as rotate and crop along with filters makes it a reasonably useful app. 4 stars for what it is, a BIG extra star for being free. Add Photogene and Color Splash into the mix and you have one fairly powerful photo editing suite that only needs a drawing app to make it a desktop rival, and shoulders above any other mobile PE tool.

I have an iPod touch so I can only use this on photos I receive. But that's no problem, I just use my cell and email them to myself. That is what makes this a great app. My cell takes lousy pictures, and with this app I now have the ability to make the pictures I took of my cat a little more eye appealing. I've seen other apps, that cost a few dollars, do almost the same thing as this does, it makes this a no-brainer download. Try it out, you've got nothing to lose, great if you don't have an iPhone with the ability to enhance photos, perfectly designed for easy use, and the fact that it's free makes it a MUST HAVE for anyone who wants to spruce up a photo before posting it on facebook or myspace!
excellent photo toolkit
By: pendolino - Nov 8, 2009
suggestion update: I would like a way to preserve a photo's geodata (GPS coordinates) after saving the edited photo. this would really add value to those travel pics. ---I was pleasantly impressed to find how well this application works and quite intuitively at that.I do hope they add a beefier version to the lineup for those that want more advanced features but right now this is my favorite iPhone photo toolkit.this is one of the best must-have iphone apps and it's free!
