Just what I needed. Why the Apple calc does not have the % key beats me. I like the memory display on the screen too. I prefer not to hear the key clicks so I usually have my phone on vibrate. I would like an option to turn off the clicks but it's no big deal. Love this calc. Update....... Keyclicks can now be turned off. This app is now perfect for me. I have it on the quick bar at the bottom so it is always available. Thanks

This calculator does just what I wanted, and that is to function the same as a basic calculator like you would buy from an office supply store. I'm in sales and I need to calculate my wholesale cost from the retail price. Something like 9,995.00 X 45% - = this calculator works beautifully! Now, if they can just add a gross profit function....

The backspace key, the display of memory contents, and the percent key are all welcome improvements over the standard calculator app. Retaining the results in memory is also very useful.

The function I really missed was percents so I'm very pleased with this app. As far as looks, this calculator closely resembles the one that comes on the iPod or iPhone. I'm glad I got this app and would recommend it.

This is a great replacement for Apple's calculator. The fact that it retains your calculations in memory for an hour won me over immediately. I use it a lot while grocery shopping to make sure I'm staying within budget. I can take a call or pop online and still have my current total there when I get back to it. Nicely done!

The Positive: At last there's a back button on my calculator! The Negative: The ability to perform 'multiple' calculations with parentheses involved is missing with a not so great price of $2.99. Still a pretty good app overall...KUDOS!

Very nice basic standard calculator. Entry screen redesigned so splash is not an issue any longer. Buttons, layout, and function work great. The stock Calculator may be scientific also but the standard version is lacking. Please redesign the icon background to a more pleasing color! (i.e. blue, or gray, or black like 'Clock')

Love the % button. I don't use the Memory buttons. I would love to see an option where I can customize the buttons I want. ex... I would remove all the memory buttons and then resize the other buttons to be larger, especially the + (plus) button. I also agree that since we paid for it we don't need to see the start up screen EVERY time! Can it be made customizable?

A good replacement for the iPhone calculator as it has a '%' key, which I use a lot. An option to turn off the key klicks would be good, but apart from that I can't fault it.

I used this when it was available as a jailbreak app. Glad to see it available here. My only gripes are:
1. PLEASE ditch the default loading screen. Come on, we're paying for the app now, no need to make us see the developer's name. We know who you are now.
2. Please consider putting the comma at the base line instead of at the top of the numbers. It's so distracting.
3. I would consider moving this to my first page of apps, but it really needs a more calculator-like icon. The percent symbol is kinda boring and doesn't go well with the stock icons. And the color is awkward. How about orange?
4. The info button is very hard to tap, and is also distracting. Can you move it and/or fade it out a bit?

Go look at CalcPad before you decide. Similarly simple, but it certainly has the edge as a useful tool. And a better icon!!

- I love the % Key - Awesome:) - What happened to the scientific calculator... I am disappointed that you did not include this. - This takes to long to load... I do not need to be reminded of who you are everytime I open the calculator. - I hate the logo.... Not classy enough for the front page. I would not encourage anyone buying this until there are some changes.... I will give this 5 Stars once these items are addressed, until then stay away

Is you cannot use the cut/copy/paste functionality of os 3.0, so am back to the iPhone calculator which loads up faster anyway..
