This app is fantastic. It does, flawlessly, what it claims. I've had no problem with connectivity whatsoever. All my friends are blown away by the 'magical' illusion this app provides. Beyond that, it's a great example of innovation in action. Awesome idea, better execution.

I'm finding that 'remote' can't jump browse through the whole alphabet when viewing the artist and song categories. It stops at about T in the artist category and H in the song category. You can still keep thumbing through the complete alphabet but you can't say jump to W in the side bar. I wonder if there is a limit to the size of library Remote can work with?

Very good idea and easy to use... however, I must point out that if your wireless connection is weak (1 bar on you computer) chances are the iPod won't get a WiFi signal, so it can't connect. But, that isn't a fault with the application, so it still gets 5 stars.

Kay, the app is great if u can get it to work. This app for me did work, but then for some reason it didn't. I system restored my comp awhile ago and just recently tried this again, and it did not work.

This is a great app. I would love to give it 5 stars, but I find myself giving it only 4 for the following reasons: 1) remote will not allow playback of reference files, even if they are in the "Movies" or "TV Shows" section of your iTunes library. 2) a more direct way to control FrontRow would be sick. 3) inability to play content that resides within custom directories that FrontRow can index and play. I am using my mini as a media center connected to my TV. I would love it if this app had the same level of control and finesse as FrontRow. Other than that, this is a very cool app, and a lot of fun to use.

I have a couple of games I play that have a terrible soundtrack. However both of the games prevent me playing my own music and I can't easily get back to windows to change tracks whilst playing, but with Remote, I can play anything from my itunes library whilst playing the games. Superb!

If it connects ... it's great. Better than half the time, it won't connect. Wi-fi unit is less than 10 feet away in direct sight. A very moody, finicky app. For the most part ... more of a pain to use than ease of use.

I had problems getting this app to work too but it seems the solution is fairly simple. For app to work iTunes needs to have Apple tv plug-ins installed (listed as 'bonjour' in windows programs list). I didn't realise initially this software was apple so inadvertently deleted! Simply remove iTunes and reinstall (repair or mod software won't work). You need latest version of iTunes. Once reinstalled connect iPhone to your wireless network and iTunes will find and ask for 4 digit code. Don't connect phone via USB. Hope that helps some of you.

If you have iTunes GET THIS! Perfect controls. You don't have to install any complicated software on your computer. Just plug it in, type in the 4 digit password and control your iTunes library wirelessly. AND ITS FREE!!!!
