After entering the pass code a few times and still not connecting, I finally got it to work. Try holding down the key of the last number you enter. Worked for me

Worked great before I upgraded to 2G. My wife's 2G still works but my 3G doesn't work. I changed all of the firewall and settings people in this thread said and nothing worked. Boooo.

I have 2 say I've been using this awesome app for awhile. It's amazing. Today it became even more amazing. I was sitting downstairs, pc is upstairs turned off.. I hit the remote app and all of the sudden I can hear my pc startin!!! I played music without ever goin 2 start it!!! I'm impressed by this app wake on LAN is included. SWEET!!!!

Great app once you get connection. One VERY IMPORTANT thing about connecting that most help is not mentioning: Make sure is that your computer is also drawing a signal from the same wireless signal that your iPhone/iTouch uses! Remote won't work if your computer is connected via a wired network and your iPhone is on a separate wireless network. For example, if you have a hybrid wired/wireless router (most of them are like that these days) your computer is likely connected via the ethernet cable side and your iPhone/iTouch is connected via the wireless feature. They are not on the same network! Just set up your Mac/PC to your wireless signal IN ADDITION to your wired connection and Remote will work like a charm.Hope that helps!

Wifi bridge use

You may have issues if you are using a wifi bridge. If so, eliminate the bridge or find another that works with this app. Otherwise this app rocks.

iTunes for some reason does not always let you enter the passcode when setting up the remote. If you can get it to though, you will find this a very useful app. It works very well and doesn't seem to have too bad of lag. It can sometimes "forget" what you're listening to if your iPod goes to sleep or it will seem unresponsive.
