The app worked great at first and was really cool but now I can't get it to find my library. I tried reinstalling the app but it still was unable to find and connect to my library.

THIS APP IS FOR MAC USERS ONLY1. you need to share your music library (preferably without a password)2. go to your macbooks airport and set up a new network. Mine was named Mike's Macbook###3. turn on your wireless on your iTouch4. find the name of your computers network (that you just made) in area where all the connections show up.5. press to connect to it.6. check itunes for the little picture of Remote under DEVICES with your iTouch's name. 7. if its there, great. follow this: Open Remote in your iTouch. press choose library and a pass code should show up. enter that into your itunes window when the four boxes show up. play a song and your itouch should show the album cover or look like its playing a song.thats what i did and it worked fine!I hope that works! Long live Apple!

I think this is a cool app. Once I got it downloaded to my iPod touch and my App. files in iTunes it took no time to set up. Click on the icon "remote" In iTunes first them you see the window for the 4 numbers. It controls stuff in iTunes beautifully but, I wish I could hear back through my head sets. Then I could carry my music out side with me. Any thoughts?

Nice remote for iTunes...Apple TV needs more beef

The remote works great for controlling your iTunes library, but if you are like me and keep all your music/video/movies/photos etc on your Mac and stream to the TV box, then the remote is mostly useless for the Apple TV. It will not recognize the shared libraries, only the files you have stored DIRECTLY on the Apple TV hard drive. So, all you can really do is pause and play the current song/movie on Apple TV. A bit of a bummer and I am hoping it is something that can be fixed with an update.

I had some difficulties at first b/c I couldn't get iTunes to ask for my passcode. I plugged in my ipod first and then opened remote on my ipod and voila! iTunes asked for the remote password under "devices"! This app is super handy - I love that you can adjust the volume in addition to the song, etc!
