I don't know what the problem is but I still can't get this to work on my pc laptop. I have my firewall setting allowing iTunes Remote Access. I'm sure this app is great, that's why I left three stars. I just really wish I could use it.

My only wish is that the remote should be able to control DVD Player and quicktime player as the Apple Remote can. Then this app would be simply perfect.

Amazing for what it does. But it needs to cover all the functions of the regular remote also, like navigating system settings on the appletv.
