I gave it every shot that I had and got no were and even tech support was no help. The icon poped up once but has yet to reappear oh well I wish it would work for me. I'm jealous of those it works for.

I recently found the remote for my iPod Speakers that i have had for 3 years and now this app lets me use my iPod as a remote for iTunes on my computer!!! Really intuitive and easy to use. Good job apple!!!

Why would you create a program that only worked part way. It would be nice it this program accessed all the features of the Apple TV including YouTube instead of needing two remotes. Some people justify by saying the Remote program can enter text. Just make the program work all the way through.

I love everything about this app! I hope that future versions will let you control Front Row and put the computer to sleep or start a sleep timer! Even without those things still a great app.

I tried everything to get Remote to work. I changed my IP, port forwarding, and firewall. Finally I got my computer to recognize the App...but then it couldn't find my library after I entered the passcode. DO NOT get this App until Apple provides more support. (I hear it works great on a Mac thou).

If you need help to set this app ip like I did, follow these instructions: you can only connect to a computer that is connected to the Internet over wifi. You can't connect to a wired desktop. If it is connected to a laptop that is connected to your network via wifi the computer will self explain the rest. The IMPORTANT part is that you connect to a computer that is connected wirelessy to your local network. btw I'm 11 years old:)

Title says it all. I use it all the time when I don't feel like getting up to change the song or volume. I also have hooked my laptop to a projector and used the Remote on movies. Works great.

I have loved using this app because it works flawlessly and is extremely responsive. It is a snap to set up and lets you access your library all the ways available in iTunes. It would be great to be able to access shared libraries. Also it would be nice if you could play music from the iPhone speakers (maybe plug wireless speakers into the headphone jack).
