Now it quit working, I used this all the time and then today when i went to use it, it just quit working. I click the button and it starts to load then fails and goes back to my home screen. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling and it still will not work. It was great while it worked but since the new update on my phone it has quit working.

This application is really slick when it works... it's too bad that it doesn't most of the time. It loses connectivity to my iTunes music library quite a bit, and I can't get it to reauthenticate.I tried upgrading iTunes and my iPhone firmware to the latest version, and even tried disabling my Windows firewall... no help.Cool idea, but wait for version 2.0 before trying this one.

When I downloaded this app I thought it was going to be all talk and crash my Ipod. How wrong was I! It's easy to use. (Just enter a passcode) and you can control your music from across the room! I don't have an Apple TV but I know that it must be awesome being able to play it on your TV. So if your wondering whether or not this is worth it, it is! And one of the best parts is that it's free! Go Apple! LOL

Is to find a way to put some sort of volume limit control when using with Apple TV along with an A/V receiver as is my case. I have it hooked up as the B speakers for my living room and I cant control the volume. Other than that, i have no complaints about the ap, and it works great. I know the guys over at apple can figure this out.

I love this application alot it's the best. You need this application if you have apple tv or itunes with lots of stuff. It's awsome to control anything at home with your iPhone or iPod touch so get this it's FREE!

"Ben's iPhone" with the Remote icon shows up under Devices, I type in the passcode displayed on my iPhone into iTunes, but does not connect. No error message, nothing. I have Vista, and I've turned off my McAfee firewall and my Windows firewall, but no luck... wtf man

im not sure what im doing wrong, im supposed to select my phone in devices which i do, but nothing comes up to where i can put in the passcode. absolutely nothing comes up at all. and all my specs are up to date. 2.0 on the iphone. 7.7.1 on the itunes. G5 Mac. highspeed connection all that good stuff. please assist.

Works without fail on my PC lap top. My wife ( me too )thinks this is the coolest thing. I love it! I kept telling her " can you believe this is a phone doing this?" ha ha ! Great work! 5 stars. Wanted to update that I have used this since my first review almost every day(night) and it still works perfectly. I have a vista lap top so I don't understand the review that says it does not work on vista? I love this app. 5 stars all the way! Thank you for the freebee!

This is a great app, but after a couple of days of having it installed it stops working. It simply goes back to the main menu. The only solution I have found is to delete the app and re-download it.

The need? To be able to control music on AppleTV WITHOUT the TV on. This app fills that gap and further extends the utility of Apple's unsung and greatest multi-media product !! BUT I wish they had gone all the way and allowed the iPhone to actually play music (only) from my home network ala "Airtunes." We have the album cover, the controls...looks just like playing the iPhone iPod...but it "could" have been a portable means of listening to my iTunes while putzin' around the house. Nevertheless, a great app....

If you use iTunes, I don't understand why you wouldn't use this App

This is an awesome app. You listen to iTunes though out your home from your computer weather it's pluged into an entertainment center or you just use your computer speakers, why run back to the computer when something comes on that you don't feel like listening to or you just want to hear something specific? As long as your on the same WiFi as your computer, pull your phone off your hip and change it instead of stopping what your doing just to go to the computer. I love this app, the one thing i'd like to be different is when iTunes comes to a music video, I wish it would just show it on the phone too. I'd pay for the App but it was free, so @ least try it!
