Make sure to go in your iTunes preferences and under advanced check the "share" library box. Otherwise you will see your songs but it will only buffer when you try to play. Best of all it was FREE!!!!!

Wow this app is great. Finally i can take my whole music collection with me and not worry about space requirements. Also the added artist bio and lyrics tabs are genius. For those that buy music from iTunes, just sync it over manually and stream all of your unprotected music. Get this app before you have to pay. Even when it does cost money, it is well worth it. Also one thing to note about this app, the computer you're streaming music from must always be on. If your on a vacation somewhere, not only is leaving the computer on a waste on money, but if your computer automatically goes into standby then you cannot stream music anymore.

With the exception of the app sort of freezing my iPhone during install, I was able to get the software on my PC and iPhone rather easily. Setting up an account was easy and the settings on the PC client weren't that complicated. Unfortunately, I cannot view all of my music on my iPhone. Every iTunes song is indexed on the client, but in my iPhone I can only see about 15-20 artists. Also, I sent an invite to a friend who also has SimplifyMedia already and we have been friends for about 12-14 hours now and yet his library has yet to show up on my phone (the client shows him and his index number though).I can browse his entire library through iTunes on my computer, but the point of the app, I think, is to let me view it on my phone. I hope this is a minor bug that can get fixed.

Now I can access my 90 gb of metal at home on my 4 gb iPhone. A bit buggy though. And takes forever to scan libraries .

Well this app is very good, I think one of the best apps in the hole apps store but still little buggie in the vol. And if you use it with Edge takes little long to download but still work fine , you need to add more lyrics , and it woud be better if you can watch your TV shows or movies that you have on your PC or Mac. I realy recomend this App try it !

The app (on my Macbook) was saving the wrong password for some unknown reason, so now I make sure to retype it every time I log back in. Also, on my iphone, I find actually retyping my user name when things aren't working usually gets things back on track.Otherwise, a great application that is a must-have in my book. A few kinks that should be worked out in future updates, and it will be perfect.Some suggestions for future fixes/additions:1. Have it work in the background when using other apps. (I know this is an Apple/iphone issue, but it doesn't hurt to ask)2. Make the "buttons" and volume slider a bit more responsive.3. Working with the remote would be nice, but I'm not sure how this would work/interfere with the actual ipod functions.

Not only is this a terrific application which works as advertised, the technical support is outstanding. I had some set up issues, emailed Simple Media and got a response on a Saturday night within 24 hours of my email. Simple Media also took the time to answer all my questions in an email exchange. Very impressive. There are some minor buffering issues, more a function, I think of the lack of space on my iPhone. With Simple Media on my iPhone I can delete some of the music on my iPhone, creating more space. Also, users should note that the host computer has to be on in order to use Simple Media. It is simply one of the best iPod/iPhone applications available. Kudos to the developers and to Apple.

I was very excited to find this app available for free. It is a great idea and works pretty well. I gave it three stars because I can, despite some serious flaws, listen to my song library while at work. The flaws I have found are as follows: The volume control does not work, the process does not run in the background, searches for it's own cover art and is often wrong, I do not receive phone calls or text messages while in the app, and I cannot scroll down and read all the lyrics.These flaws will hopefully be fixed in the next release. Or better still, let's hope Apple includes this functionality in their next release.

I can all of my music, about 50gigs, without any problems. I can even keep listening to a track while between stations in the subway. Love how you can access band bios and lyrics. Easy to use and nice interface. Wish album covers would be displayed during play, perhaps it will be possible in a future update.

Does what it says. Streams your entire library to your iPhone. The initial buffer takes a moment or two, but after that worked flawlessly. It's a shame Apple could not have just done this with their Remote app, but who should really complain. Download while it's free!

Works ok (for the price). On Vista I am unable to get past "scanning library". On XP not all music files are shown. Appears that this app is working great for some people, but unfortunately, not for me. ;(

took a few short minutes to set up and access my music, now I can play my ENTIRE iTunes library on my iPhone. amazing.I'm sure I'll discover some issues with network speeds, but this isn't the fault of the app, and in those cases, my iPhone stores music anyway.great app.

This is seriously the best app I have downloaded and used. Easy to use and powerful. I love watching people jaws drop when I explain what I am doing. Two thumbs up and five starts for Simplify Media. This is an app that I would GLADLY pay for, Though I really LOVE that I am using it for free. Get This Now. My iPhone experience just went from great to mindblowing.

After setting up this app both on my ipod touch and my home coomputer. I can say that after testing it works just great! I am happy with it. The only thing that I might say i dislike is that it takes a while to scan the library to get all the music to play. BUt once its established it works well!

Worked perfectly on our 3g phones, but nearly unusable on the older version working on edge. As expected over wifi everything works flawlessly. I am suprised it's 1. Legal and 2. Free. Great app. Might be the most useful app for us so far.
