In charge of nada By: Dannyboy451 - Aug 4, 2010 Version: 4.1 Great app, ya it's a little slow but I think We are used to instant as in games. As a long time user of heavens-above, a Satellite tracking site. it would be interesting if the 2 could be blended as to show the sat track thru the sky.
Impressive application. By: savorynugs - Aug 4, 2010 Version: 4.1 Impressive application that works reliably.
Great By: Aldofredy - Aug 2, 2010 Version: 4.1 Is one of those apps that u got to have
...but still amazing By: The Dude from Neosho - Aug 2, 2010 Version: 4.1 It's not perfect (the motion sensing can be balky), but this is still an amazing piece of technology. Can't wait for 3D on the iPad 2.0.
Does not work all that well By: cwinckler71 - Jul 31, 2010 Version: 4.1 This program would be great but it doesn't follow you. You turn to the north and it still points south. Everything else about the program works great but when trying to find a star it is hard to find becuase it does not sense I am moving the Ipod. maybe it works better in the I phone.
Bad calibration By: Diverguy70 - Jul 31, 2010 Version: 4.1 Calibration is off. Great idea but get it right. Looking at the moon and shows it 60 degrees off.
Great Astronomy App!!!! By: soxdude25 - Jul 30, 2010 Version: 4.1 This is one of the best astronomical apps available in the iTunes Store.
Cool and getting better! By: cfrankfly - Jul 29, 2010 Version: 4.1 Cool and getting better!
Cool By: Huffer04 - Jul 29, 2010 Version: 4.1 Cool
Awesome By: Tony from irving tx - Jul 28, 2010 Version: 4.1 So awesome!!!!!
Amazing! By: 7Truthseekers - Jul 28, 2010 Version: 4.1 We look at this app almost every night! It is so well done, and a pleasure to use - possibly our favorite app. We love everything about it; the layout, information and features, and seeing both above and below the horizon for the star and planet positions. This app is highly recommended, even if you are a novice stargazer!
WOW Lightbringer! By: Deamatrona - Jul 28, 2010 Version: 4.1 Awesome app! Impresses the girls!!
Great astronomy app By: SCROTUM50 - Jul 28, 2010 Version: 4.1 I got GoSkyWatch a few days ago, and I love it. Excellent info and the motion sky mode is great fun. I have several astronomy apps on my IPhone, and GoSkyWatch is, in my opionion, right up there with others costing 2 or 3 times the price. If your interested in astronomy, and haven't gotten this app, you should get it. You really can't best the price. You won't be disappointed.
Fabulous app! By: Mike in Virginia - Jul 28, 2010 Version: 4.1 This is a great. I've been a backyard astronomer since the 50s; I've been waiting for the iPad and this app pretty much my whole life. Get it, learn it, use it. You won't be sorry.
Awesome app By: Ganjabeard - Jul 26, 2010 Version: 4.1 Very cool and worth the money fun to use. But!!!! Seems to not b showing below horizon....
I'm diggin' it By: dramodt - Jul 26, 2010 Version: 4.1 I like how I can use it on both my iPhone, and iPad, the compass is a little off, so I'm excited to try it on the new iPhone 4. I like having all the DSO's with little picture previews. And a lot of other info. It's a great app.
Not bad By: Dr Veggie - Jul 26, 2010 Version: 4.1 I have used many astronomy programs over the years on PC, Palm and Mac. This works pretty well. It seems to be the best one available. The interface is easy to learn. I would really like it if it gave more detailed information about the moon. Especially the current and upcoming phases.
Fun and easy to use By: lsails - Jul 25, 2010 Version: 4.1 So easy to use, and a great learning tool.
A bit disappointed By: JEcandela - Jul 25, 2010 Version: 4.1 I was a bit disappointed. I read the reviews and it seemed that everyone liked the app. I expected to be able to touch a star, planet, etc and find out what it is. With this app, the best that I can do is guess from the sidebar and then it will rotate to the object. Maybe, I am using it wrong but I wouldn't know since the info button doesn't work.
Amazing By: Hypgnostic - Jul 25, 2010 Version: 4.1 Never written a review before. This app is worth every dime. I'm amazed at what they've done with the technology in the iPhone 3GS/4. For the amateur stargazer like myself, I found it difficult to shell out hundreds of dollars for a dedicated piece of equipment that this app does for a few bucks. It's as accurate as I need it to be, and has all the info I need. I'm genuinely amazed every time I use it. The interface is elegant and easy to use, and I find myself identifying every semi-bright blip in the sky simply because I can. Tonight I found Jupiter, and I thought it was a satellite...
Brilliant By: Mr. Busa - Jul 25, 2010 Version: 4.1 I have it on both my iPad and phone and it's great app...especially for the money.
