Love it By: Report a Concern - Version: Using this amazing app with my fifth grade science class. We are identifying stars and constellations and transposing onto black paper mural which will be backlit for science day display. Paired with the free NASA app or used alone, a superb learning tool
Fun By: Report a Concern - Version: Fantastic app. I love astronomy and everything about it, so this is like being a kid in the candy store again. Great job.
This cooler than cool By: kaligirl11 - Dec 23, 2010 Version: 4.3 Just aim your phone at something in the sky and this app tells you what it is. I like the constellation overlays. Just a very slick, easy to use program if you are an astronomy geek.
From Tahiti By: Report a Concern - Version: Very nice! The best star app !!!
Fantabulous By: Haiko - Dec 21, 2010 Version: 4.3 Used it last night to find the moon at 3am during the eclipse. A really cool, effective and useful app that can also teach. All in all a winner. Keep up the great work.
Goskywatch By: GeorgeAB11 - Dec 21, 2010 Version: 4.3 Truly amazing to have this out with my telescope tonight watching the moon. Sky was brilliant and this app is a great teaching tool for my grandkids.

Easy to use Planet Locator By: Rusher2000 - Dec 21, 2010 Version: 4.3 Very easy to use. Seems pretty accurate at pi pointing objects. The only negative is that I would like to see the app use my whole screen when viewing the night sky.
Pop By: SaddleTramp71 - Dec 21, 2010 Version: 4.3 Awesome app. Sparked a whole new interest in the cosmos for my entire family.
The Best App! By: Ras Giorgis - Dec 21, 2010 Version: 4.3 This is my fav app, no lie - I’ve tried studying the night sky over the years but never could stick to it because it's so hard orienting and reading the sky. But with this app I study the sky even during daytime and have finally become familiar with the stars and constellations. It all makes sense now! And thanks to this I'm starting to look at the sky unaided and identify stars. This app alone shows the revolutionary value of smart touch screen technology.
Great By: whiterin - Dec 20, 2010 Version: 4.3 Love it!
THE Must-Have App For I-Pad!!! By: Gyro Gearhead - Dec 20, 2010 Version: 4.3 This app will quickly become the favorite of anyone who has any interest at all in the night sky whether professional astronomer or back yard camper. Can't say enough good things about it.
Nice, best I've used By: Sarvasri - Dec 20, 2010 Version: 4.3 With iTouch 4 there's no compass so it doesn't exactly work as advertised. You have to rotate it like a steering wheel to change directions. Azimuth works though. Read directions on the website carefully. Interesting UI.
This is a fun app! By: Joeman1i - Dec 19, 2010 Version: 4.3 I use this app to roughly locate the most popular planets and constellations for my kids. This app allows me to quickly locate them so that I can keep my kids interested in the night sky. THIS APP IS GREAT!
GREAT!!! By: Report a Concern - Version: Excellent ap....simple and elegant. Great for explaining astrology on very fundamental level.
Awesome By: Sdsufirst - Version: Must have app! Wonderful!
Wonderful. By: Winston Roark - Version: If you'd told me 20 years ago I'd have this capability at my fingertips for any cost at all, I'd have called you crazy. This is amazing, I can't imagine what tools we'll have 20 years from now.
Love it By: Leasan83 - Version: Great app
Best Star Finder App By: Report a Concern - Version: This is an outstanding app for people who want to learn about stars and planets without having to major in astronomy.
