Great stuff, partiulcularly that it offers callback, which works great with iPhone plans that have free incoming calls! For the Update:-should allow you to listen to your VM without having to call In-use push msg'ing to notify fax & VM

Definately get it and you'll see for yourself. I especially use it for fax previewing on the fly and of course forwarding

The concept and timing are right however the execution needs some serious work. I chose RingCentral on the basis that they offered an iPhone application however the application has limited functionality to say the least.Since OS 3.x came out RingCentral hasn't seized the opportunity to integrate some key features into the app such as push alerts for when new messages arrive which would be another massive improvement.My biggest complaint however is that the app is slow enough that it will eventually drive me completely insane.Please RingCentral: update this app and take advantage of some of the new tools available to you as developers!

The techs can't solve the voip issues since they don't understand how it works. Hope to see a better support team to handle such a technology.

Been using ring central for a year, and I would have to say overall it works good.Needs to have a way to rotate faxes that arrive up-side down. Play back volume on iPhone is too low, difficult to hear in average room with noise. Wish menus at web site did what they said so I wouldn't have to call and get the real meaning.Overall product works good and solves a problem for me.You can try it for free like I did for 30 days, which was about one year ago and I'm still here with them.Other note I like the idea they e-mail the voice mail and faxes.Can review them in iphone app.

As an MD, this works great as "pager" number, call out is great as it only shows ring central number. Also great to receive faxes(still used by hospitals) as I'm on the go from clinic to clinic. Would be great to have voicemail transcription to email/SMS.

I like this app and use it daily. Mainly for the ability to call out with it. I would like to have a few more controllable settings from this app though. But overall I'm pretty happy with it.

So there is a slight lag on phone calls, but it is voip and is cool. Startup is a bit slow even on my 3Gs, but I am impatient with technology. Protects me from clients getting my cell number and prevents me from having to turn off my cell caller ID.
