This app works quite well as a quick doc scanner that you can send via email or import to a reader. Contrary to what some people expected, this not a free fax machine. Be aware that it costs $1 minimum for UP TO 5 pages at a time. So it's still going to cost a buck even if you just send a single page. I took off a star because this wasn't stated clearly enough in the app description. The app description does imply the pricing structure is meant to cover for reliable external fax servers and the corresponding long-distance charges. Personally, I intend to send faxes with this app only in emergencies when there is no other way. For this purpose I don't mind paying for reliability. This app is NOT meant to replace your regular fax machine.

I can't believe how well this app works. For .99, you'd be stupid not to buy it. I've literally scanned books, papers, notes, whiteboards, and blackboards without any problems.

Let's you take a picture of a document and then email it (fax, evernote...) it as a full page PDF. AWESOME!! I use it right now with school to keep track of signed approval documents (proposal, graduation, etc). Very easy to use and VERY useful. Best app I ever bought!

This is an amazing app for anyone who wants to keep track of expenses on the go. I use it for gas receipts, meal receipts and much more too. I simply take a picture of the receipt, crop it, and then send it to evernote with tags and much more. It has been a real lifesaver when it comes to tracking expenses on the road.
