Not only does it work quite well for digitizing whiteboards, receipts, etc, but it also creates amazing (seriously) stylized images from any ho-hum photo. JotNot is well worth it for the artistic fun alone.

I have already used this app multiple times around our office to digitize receipts, faxes, business cards, etc. I am amazed at how readable the processed images are and how easy the app is to use. Worth every penny...

This is a sweet little app if you're like me and you tend to draw a ton of notes on your whiteboard. Now I can actually save my ideas. Highly recommended.

I ran into the developers in Cambridge just before they launched this on the app store. a brilliant concept and effectively executed. I've been taking pictures of whiteboards for years, but always needed to post-process them with higher contrast and brightness to make them useful. no more! Great app!
