I'd love it if you block someone that they wouldn't randomly still be able to message you/ see your profile/etc.....right now you block someone and they can still see you and message you.....also if you only want certain age people to show up....it still doesn't filter out the ones you don't want showing up.....like let's say "under 28" .....still 30+ people still message you.....pain in the butt. but I still like the app.

So I heard about this app on Sirus OutQ, The Derek and Romaine Show. Unfortunately, I was not aware that there was a "free" version when I searched for the app on my iphone. Honestly I don't mind paying a couple of bucks for an app but when I started reading that they are going to have a monthly fee, that is where I lost interest. If and when that happens, I'll switch over to the "Free" app but for now I am very intrigued with the concept. I would try the free version first if I had to do it all over again.

Great App. However, I'd be willing to pay $3 total for the simple upgrade; not $3 per month. Also, please fix the reload/shuffle feature. I see the same guys all the time. My roommate sees half different guys so I know it's not a location thing. Block and age filter need to be more definate. If I don't want to see them, they shouldn't be able to see me. But seriously, these preferences aside; AWESOME design and format. Easy to use and simple way to meet new guys. Make one for girls and co-ed (bi) and the world would be yours.

I've never had a problem with Grindr or Grindr X from a technical standpoint. It always loads and has never crashed. I personally prefer this non-ads version rather than the free version. But Grindr X is more about supporting Grindr and the Grindr community than getting a bunch of extras from this paid version. I love this app! So darn much fun. :) And not only does it actually work, but there are literally tons of guys on it -- unlike so many of the other iPhone gay social networking apps. Can't say enough about how much I like this app.

Great app! Worth the money!!

I am writing this cause I really believe in this app. Yes every app has it's bugs... But to be truthful.. I have not found one crash in it. Yes things could be added but with all great apps.. They need to start somewhere. I paid $2.99 for mine and I think it is worth every penny. Even if it is monthy. I feel safer spending money through iTunes than the other website places for meeting people. I have tried another meeting app on my iPhone and it sucked MAJOR!! and I was a little skeptic of this app. But it does NOT crash ( to this day and to my knowledge ) and it is not that slow like a few have mentioned. Compaired to the other one... It is very fast and reliable. Sry for the long review but I think it is a great app. Can't wait till more updates with added features. And u am glad to support people that make a great app.

Still the best way to meet hot guys while out and about.

Well worth the upgrade... Much faster without the ads, and stability seems much improved. Not sure about the subscription thing- but a lot cheaper than manhunt, etc... and WAY easier to use. Hopefully this will get some hot iPhone-toting boys back into reality, not sitting at home in front of their computers! Will be great when the blackberry and desktop versions come out, so it's nice to help support what these guys are doing!

One of the best applications to meet and chat with guys around your location using the iPhones GPS location technique, fully customizable profile, no disconnections and 100% accurate with "Send Photo" and "Send Location" features which are great! The non-adverts are great in this version and provide a smooth browsing expierience! I am 19 and I've met some really cool guys on here around Perth. Regards Callum!

This is a great app. I downloaded the free version then I upgraded. (When I upgraded I had to send an e-mail to support so that they could remove my old profile). They minor issues are all being worked out - and you can't expect a perfect app otherwise nobosy would release apps in the first place. I'm a huge fan - it's great for just meeting new guys to hang out with. To the devs: thanks for all of your great effort and work - keep it up!

I would like to see the addition of a "flag this profile,, feature for profiles that violate the TOSOther than that, a copy message OR export conversation to e-mail feature would be niceAnd to respond to a previous review: a password protection feature is a good idea as well!

It's nice app, but you can't swap photos if you have itouch....now the prices it's low, everybody can get one.
I hope they can make that happen...overall the app its ok..

What a great concept! The idea is fantastic. There was a problem with being able to sign on and the server being slow but they fixed it over the weekend. The new chat rocks! Its been super fast Good job! Guys, pay the 2.99 per month. This app is a rare thing for the gay community. Support it please. (and no, I don't work for the company)
