This app was awesome but I've been having problems recently  Sometimes I can't log in bc it takes alot of time logging in!! If I logg off my status changes 2 the last one I had and that's annoying!! Ppl don't get my frkin messages!! It says that ppl r online but they never answer!! NEVER!! Takes time 4 the pic 2 change!! And it's not only me I've talked 2 alot of ppl and they say that it also happens 2 them it's soo annoying!!!!!!! I just want a nice conversation with nice ppl :P Fix it or I'll sue u!! I have a friend that is going 2 b a lawyer and she's REALLY smart!! I'm joking, but seriously FIX IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE plz

I tried it for two hours and was testing it and works perfectly. In my opinion is better than Fring. You can distinguish between contacts from skype and messenger or any other chat while fring give you the whole list. Calls made from my wireless phone using the skype account is very clear and in real time. Great App. ATT doesn't allow cust to use the 3G network to make calls using this application without being connected to a WIFI network. A friend of mine can make calls using the 3G network (with skype acct)

This app is WAY better than other social networking apps I've tried in the past. It's so easy to use, and the phone feature is killer (I never imagined I could turn my iPod touch into a phone). I suppose the helpbot could use some work, but then again, none of those robots are all-around perfect. My point--Nimbuzz rox!! If you haven't downloaded it yet, I have absolutely no idea what you're waiting for. :P

I really do not understand all those negative comments. If you have constructive feedback write a mail to the support and do not give an app one star reviews! Maybe you should also test it more than just a few minutes and give an app a chance to show its possibilites!
I have downloaded it, added my IM clients (Skype/ICQ/MSN/Facebook/StudiVZ) and experienced no significant problems. Had an "ICQ cannot connect because too many people are connecting"-error but that's it.
The sound quality via Skype is good. SkypeOut contacts saved in my contact list are displayed too and I can make SkypeOut calls to them via WiFi.
Connectivity is really quick. I can see who is online much quicker than compared to fring.
Some people are complaining about the numbes as IM-names, however, after the contact has been online (while you are online) they are displayed by their display name as in facebook, ICQ etc.. Thus if you're friends come online while you are the issue should be solved. Would appreciate if Nimbuzz is able to fix it though.
There is a known issue with Yahoo IM, but they are working on an update.
Push feature: Apple does not allow an app to run in the background. However, I have read that Nimbuzz is working on a "push feature" like IM plus and Beejive and wants to stay free for its users, which would be amazing!
I would really appreciate a dialpad to do SkypeOut calls like in Fring. Then the app would be perfect.

This app Is the best Skype app out there!!! I got this app a long time ago and in a previous review asked for it to include a dial pad.... They did it with great sucess!! I've changed my 4 star rating to 5 and wish I could give it more. On another note beware of a app that claims to work with Skype and is selling for 9.99... It's JUNK!!! I got burned!!! There is also another one called Fring but this one seems to have better voice quality.

People expect way too much. This app is solid I use it all the time to call friends who have it on their iPod touches with the mic'd headphones. It let's you message all your friends in one app. Most importantly, these people slaved and put their hard work, blood, sweat and tears into this app and charge not a dime. If it crashes, delete and re-install it. If it doesn't work, restore your iPhone. It's kindergarten people. You should be ashamed of yourselves letting your own idiocy blind and bias you. You make me sick.

I've been using this app primarily for IMs and SMS. Saves me from using up my limited text messaging on my phone. It also allows me to use my free sip account to call people during peak time. That allows me to stay on the cheapest voice plan. Voice quality is excellent and very smooth. I haven't experience the bugs that other people reported; knock on wood. The latest update displays all my facebook contacts' names when they are offline instead of numbers. Thank you so much for providing a beautiful app for FREE!

This is a really great app when it comes to Skype call quality. It is much clearer and has less echo and choppiness than Fring. Unlike Truphone, Skype actually works on Nimbuzz. The only two drawbacks are: Skype contacts show up as numbers without names, and no dial pad. If Nimbuzz could resolve these two issues, it would be a five star app. *Update* With the recent update, Skype contacts now show up with the names. The addition of a dialpad makes this a 5 star app. Great update! Now I can finally delete Truphone.

Ok well it's the best one so far. I like being able to be online in all my instant messaging accounts like facebook, yahoo, msn, etc.. I like that I don't have to go to like tons of different screens to change who im talking to. I also like that you can write with the keyboard in landscape mode or portrait. What would make this app even better is if you could send texts to your contacts if you were able to add their numbers. Oh also, it would be cool if you could email strait from here like when you have the icon of an envelope, you can't select it unless it's to the helpbot which by the way is not helpful. But it's my fav app so far. I say get it!

This app is the best IM I have found for my iPod Touch. It is very easy to add accounts (hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc). I can IM a bunch of ppl at the same time, and I get replies very quickly. All of my friends at school with an iPod/iPhone have this app and we 'text' or rather, IM eachother during class :P!! The only thing I don't like is that it cannot add contacts straight from the iPod Touch. But other than that, it's a great app, you should download it.

It's Free... why not bother... I love it!

Come on people... Cut Apple some slack. 30 minutes of free everthing from your touch or phone... I don't see how you get mad about signing in every 30 minutes, besides if you need to be on myspace, facebook, etc. for more than 30 minutes then you obviously should just be using a computer... right? Usually if you don't get a message for 30 minutes your probably not going to get one any time soon. In my oppinion the app is very good for being free and I would not mind signing in every thirty minutes. Great job Apple!

To Nimbuzz, When u have the chat portrait and say something then rotate the screen the message goes over the name (just a minor bug and only happens sometimes) and also what would be good is if u can get a contact list for myspace, another improvement could be to give us more info on the call providers (e.g sipgate and skypeout and the rest) ALSO if you dont have to sign in everytime if you have already opened the app ( run in the background) if possible :) hope this is helpful :) if it is please contact me : Twitter - /maxrunacres. Good: Very easy to use Landscape Keyboard Free! Supports pretty much every IM Bad: Facebook problems! No push or alerts Constantly buggy Ive been using Nimbuzz for several months, but its lack of features like push notifications or themes lags behind other apps like IM+ and Beejive, which I am considering. If Nimbuzz can get these and fix all the bugs, I will totally continue using this!

Excellent quality! A must get!

I just recently had spring break in school, and this application has been more then perfect to burn that week. I have never been an MSN person, but since I got this application, I have played at least 19 hours a day on this think. From early afternoon till almost four AM! This application has been the best, and has earned a spot next to 'Music' and 'Videos' on my iPods front page. Through the seven days I've owned this app, there have been some issues I've noticed. One: After a long period of time on msn, my conversation suddenly went dead. My friend was still online, and even though she was messaging me..I didn't recieve them all until 5 minutes later when they all appeared at once. This bugs me. Two: at some point last week..the application suddenly lost connection and I was forced to reinsall it. Suggestions~ • a way to show when the other person is typing. • Maybe multiple person chats? When my friend starts a three way chat I can see everyones messages to each other from different windows and yet I need to reply in each individuals conversation tab to be heard. • Definately an option to type while recieving a call from skype. • A way to stay logged in when you close the application, maybe? • A way to open recieved links -please-? Overall, a great app. You look at any application and find flaws..but this is definately the best free instant messaging one out there. Thank you to the creators of this wonderful application

This update is great. Admittedly it sometimes freezes for a few seconds but it does allow VOIP calls (on the go without WIFI) ...so international calls to Nimbuzz friends at the cost of a local call. Fantastic for people with family, friends and business overseas. And the good thing is that if they dont have an iPhone they can still download the application as it supports over 1000 phone models. When Apple releases 3.0 the issue of "not being online" when using the phone for something else will also disappear.

Best IM available on App Store!!

This is a great Instant Messenger! It offers many communities that are very useful! Like google talk, yahoo, skype , msn, facebook, MySpace and many more! Everything is pretty cool but it could be better if we could send pics and voice files! On the TOP we now need PUSH NOTIFICATION after launch of iPhone OS 3.0! Comeon IM+ costs 10$!!! Just for registering with Apple Push Servers! This must be free!! That's goes for the best IM Ever!!!!!

This is THE best app if you have yahoo messenge, windows live messenger, or facebook or all of thoose! + other sites! But u can get all your contacts from different accounts on one list and my favrorite is that u can turn ur iPhone/iPod touch sideways and type like that! This app is better than ebuddy! I use nombizz every night! Oh and it only works if your connected to wi-fi. My only complaint would be NOTHING cuz this is the best free app your gonna get! Just press INSTALL it's that easy! As soon as it installs it's life long happieness!!! Peace!
