Reviews:
Solid Functionality By: akarp - Nov 4, 2009 Version: 2.2.1 I regularly use this app to login to password protected sites. The switching feature that enables the app to fill the passwords in Safari works well. I recently had a disaster with my computer and I very much appreciate the fantastic support for getting 1Password up and running on my computer again. Support helped me migrate all my logins that were safe on the iPhone over to the computer. Thanks for a great job Agile!
Been waiting By: alux0417 - Nov 28, 2009 Version: 2.2.1 Thanks for making this free. Happy thanksgiving!*** Update:I am updating my review to help out those who are raising concerns about this app:1) It does not work with all websites.- While this could be true, there's a workaround for it. The technique requires basic HTML knowledge. Basically you need to view the source code of the webpage you'd like to automatically log in. Find the name of the field you'll input your data to. It looks like "input name='(some name)'". This is the name you'll fill in 1password. 2) Security. This is a valid concern. I myself am skeptic about the description that the information never leaves my phone. While I am taking that with a grain of salt, I'd have to rely on Apple approving this app even putting it as one of their featured. Also, I'd recommend using a strong password--something that would give a hard time amateur hackers (like your coworker or neighbor) to break into.Wishlist:- I hope there could be a way to automatically destroy the data upon a number of unsuccessful attempts at decoding the password.
Best Password Organizer PERIOD By: zdybkela - Oct 29, 2009 Version: 2.2.1 I have used them all including Splash ID as the latest...It all changed when I came across this application. Even if you don't have an iPhone the desktop application is Fantastic!! When I upgraded to Snow Leopard I found myself installing this application first before any other....I cannot say enough about the awesome interface and how easy it makes generating, saving and using passwords to websites!!!! Thanks Agile!!
Love it and to 'touch' By: Greek njnjaful - Nov 28, 2009 Version: 2.2.1 I think this is really good...I set it to lock and masterlock it every time I exit, and that should keep it safe. If my itouch is stolen, then I dont think they can get in unless they know it. Its better than my email, because that isnr protected. I love this And To touch...if you upgrade to iphone status you can get it. I am on an itouch right now but I upgraded so i just got it. It costs though
Good app but needs improvement By: PT977 - Oct 14, 2009 Version: 2.2.1 I just purchased this app last night; it is nice app however the app does not log you in automaticly into some websites though it automaticly enters username/Id and password but you still need to click submit or enter. It should be one click and you're in.I have tried both spb wallet and My Eye Only and found Ipassword much superior then those two. This app is easy to use and would save you lots of time and energy. Don't take my word; try it.
Awesome!! By: Piano laaaaaa - Nov 28, 2009 Version: 2.2.1 This is awesome!! It's great how you can even give a Note or a Login a password!! On the other hand, I think you should give a note the password AND code. (Not just a note, but like login etc.) I also think you should make something that like everytime you exit a note and want to go back in you should do the password. So I am saying that everytime you enter a login or note, you should plug in the password.

Very good app By: Trekfan1001 - Nov 30, 2009 Version: 2.2.1 This app is a must get! It super convienent having your iPod or iPhone store all your sensitive data safely and securely. Plus, for those who think it's a "scam", the data is stored on the device's flash memory, and never leaves. For those who wish the app had a safety feature that would destroy thr data after a certian amount of failed password attempts, Apple has been kind enough to install a feature that wipes the device after 10 unsuccesaful attempts. Bottom line is, get this app if you really want your personal data safe on your mobile device.
Worth the money By: Kyle Is Computing - Sep 11, 2009 Version: 2.2.1 At this price, 1Password Pro is among the more expensive apps out there, but it is among the best as well. Definitely spring for the desktop version with this - the two combined offer a great mix of security and portability. I used to put all my info in an encrypted sparsebundle file, but obviously that did not integrate with my browser or phone, so I ended up using easy passwords anyway. Now I have all in 1Password. Cool.
Not sure how I managed before 1Password By: Macgenie - Sep 8, 2009 Version: 2.2 I think I used to use the same password for everything, which we know is a _bad_ idea. I don't do that anymore since I got 1Password on my Mac. It's one of my must-have-installed apps. The iPhone app gives you all your password and credit card information "to go". It can fill in login information with just a couple taps. It makes it that much easier to leave the computer at home. Well worth the price.
Great By: PTLove - Nov 29, 2009 Version: 2.2.1 Anyone claiming this might be a scam is simply showing there ignorance. 1. 1password has been around a while for the Mac. 2. Apple has extensive software algorithms that are run on allApps to check for phishing. It's not as ifYou simply submit an app to the app store and BOOM it's there. Seriously now, it's ok to not understand theseThings but don't comment on them if you don't. This app works great and I highly reccomend it.
Awesome App! Glad to see them extending a Pro Version iPhone. By: relewis1 - Aug 19, 2009 Version: 2.2 First, people this is a great app for an special entry price! They are just going to the next level plus much more coming thus the proper pricing. I bought the 1Password app for my Mac years ago and I can't count the times they have come out with free upgrades after that. It was already a professional app but they have taken it so much further since then. It is one of my most used apps on my mac. I can't imagine living without it. You could not ask for a better product and service. With the new features it will quickly become one of my most used on my iPhone. I sound like I work for them. lol But just a sold customer many time over!
Solid companion to mac product By: SG in MA - Aug 14, 2009 Version: 2.2 If you own a mac, you will find no better password manager than 1Password. The only issue is deciding if you need 1 copy or the family pack. I see the iphone version as a powerful companion to that product and give it 5 stars in that context. You can enter secure notes (such as credit card numbers) on the iphone, but password creation is much easier on the desktop than on the iphone (driven more by limitations of the iphone than the program itself). You can call up the a browser within the program to fill in and use passwords, but you can not access additional data from the program within the browser with anywhere near the ease that the desktop program provides. Anyone planning to use the iphone program without pairing it to the desktop might not be as happy with this program. Until Apple lets programs run in the background, I am not sure how this (or any other vendor's) program could do the job much better for stand-alone use on the iphone. My opinion is based on using it paired with the desktop, and might not be valid out of that context. Synching has been reliable for me and the program has been very stable.

Excellent By: Samialex - 25-Jun-2009 Version: 2.1 I love the Mac app, but was a little underwhelmed by the non-pro iPhone version. However copy-and-paste make it a killer app for me. Yes, I would have liked this to be a free upgrade, but in the scheme of things, it's not really a big deal. After all we're talking about the price of a couple of cups of coffee. And if we want developers to bring out fantastic applications we need to make it worth their while.
use with confidence By: yusoshi - 25-Jun-2009 Version: 2.1 I've been using 1Password for over a year, synchronising over 300 passwords with Agile Keychain and Dropbox (which works perfectly) between my Macs and via Wi-fi to my iPod Touch. Now the Pro version has cut and paste (not just for web logins but Wi-Fi logins and any other text fields as far as I can tell), I'm more than happy to pay for it. The development team have proved to be highly responsive to user feedback and I'm confident they will be adding a lot more useful functionality to this version.
