AT&T have done a great job with this app. Makes my life so much easier. The new update is even better then the previous. Signing with Apple for the iPhone was the best move the company could have done. A lot of people talk trash on AT&T but they are almost the best out there to be able to handle this phone. Verizon would be my first choice but I really can't complain like others do. Good job so far. Been with company for 5 years now and all have been good. Keep up the good work.

This app is fabulous! I can see how many minutes we've used. I can see what we've used against the data plan, pay my bill, see my bill total or view my whole bill. Totally convenient. I can see data usage by phone number too! I read some of the other reviews: create a mywireless account for the secondary number, it's not like you can only have 1 per family plan(that's what I did). Only the last 4 numbers are of my debit card are displayed. I didn't find itslow at all. Must have app!

I really like this app and prefer to use it for viewing my bill and making payments. I like it much more then viewing a paper bill, calling in and using the automated system or even a live person, and I even like it much more then the website. However, there's one feature I would love to have and that's the ability to view previous months minutes and data usage. This one feature would make the app even better for me. And if you want to add icing to my cake, let me view the full bill for previous months. Those 2 features would definately make this app MUCH better.

This app does exactly what it says it will. Allows me to view my bill in full PDF, makes payments, view my plan details, track my minutes useage, and more. I have had no problems with it since installing it. I did have a existing AT&T online account registered, which I believe is required for useage. The best part is my bank account and credit card info is already stored in the app from my online account so payments take 30 seconds!

The application works like the AT&T website, but of course the iPhone-friendly display makes it visually much more user-friendly. It may take 40 seconds or so to load your account information, but once it's loaded, it is there for you to look at for as long as you wish (so long as you don't get knocked off for inactivity). The first day I downloaded the app, I launched it, entered my password, and then paid my bill. Easy as pie. Now I check in to look at my text messaging and minutes info fairly regularly. Maybe once every ten attempts it gives an error message, but it is usually related to your Internet connection. Don't believe the people who clearly don't know how to use it.

I like this app because I can monitor minutes, text, and media usage on ALL phones on my account. It would be nice if we had the opt to save login info. I also like that I can view the entire bill PDF file also. Saves time trying to log on to mywireless via iPhones browser! Also, it saves my billing info so I don't have to enter it every time, like the website does. Paying my bill is faster and easier than ever.

Complainers...  STFU. Try rebooting (or respringing if you're jailbroken and have that function) your phone before using this the first time. Yeah it's late. So what, it's here now. And it does everything I could ask for. View usage, pay bills, view bill short format or full PDF. My only request is that the app work better in landscape mode meaning that the tabs and header rotate with the PDF bill format when I rotate the phone to view it in landscape mode. Otherwise thanks for a great app!

I was using the app by Pageonce "A Personal Assistant" for my AT&T Wireless and others....which is a lil more convienient for me personally but I still think this app is great for just AT&T info! Everything works great on this app with my iPhone ! I don't kno why others are having problems,,,,.also I noticed 1 reviewer said they PAID FOR THIS APP??? why??? It's free!  Anyway, I definitely reccomend this! 

So big deal it's a little slow!! I love this app, it makes it so easy to check your useage and even to pay your bill. I use it all the time now. Go ahead and get it. Don't let the other reviews keep you for getting it just because they say it is a little slow, so are some of the apps that charge you. This one is free what do you have to loose ( a minute or two? ) I think once you get it you will like it to.

Simple and Easy to use. A must have for parents on a family plan

Kids have Samsung Jack's and in order to get wi-fi or MMS messaging they can't have Data blocked. So without a data plan this is my next best option to make sure their not surfing the internet on the AT&T network. Verizon didn't have anything like this and I found out after seeing a 400.00 bill (normally 130.00). Make managing your minutes easy. Sure there are no advanced features, but for simple access...and being able to tell how minutes are being used..this app does the job.

The application works fine. It does work for family plans. It does allow you to see data, text and mins used. If you can't get it to work, then try this: From your call screen, dial *646# and CALL that number. It'll send you a free text with your minutes remaining and rollover. (*min#). Try *3282# for texts and data used. (*data#). Being able to sign up for your own features is better than sitting on hold for 10 minutes. And really? Is it that hard to type your password? AT&T's website doesn't save passwords, it's your computer. I think that some people who complain on here do it just because they're not reading instructions or using ANY common sense. It's not hard to figure out.

Not sure why the low scores. The app does what it is intended for. you can view your account, pay your bill and so on. It is a helpful app to have. If you are having sign in issues with it being slower of you sign in with your wifi it speeds things up big time. Always remember to restart your iPhone after you install an app. If you are annoyed at having to enter your password each time there is a reason for it. If someone Gets your phone they could enter this app and change features on your account and so on. I have not had one issue with this app. It works Great.

I can do everything easily from this app. This is what I have been waiting for from AT&T. I wish it would been done sooner. Now there has got to be a way to be able track your mail-in-rebates from here. That would be a great feature. I don't know but it seems a little sluggish to my taste. There's also gotta be a way to pay and see balances when you have the unity plan. We that have everything bundled are suffering with having to go extra steps when we do things just cuz of the unity plan. Isn't one AT&T already it doesn't feel like it.

The people that have a problem with this app probably have problems with every aspect of their life. So do not get wrapped up in their negative attitudes. I love this app. I am often away and the other day I had forgot to pay my bill and I went to my post office box and that's when I saw the bill in the envelope. Before I had the bill opened and even had left the post office I pulled out my phone with this app and paid it before I even walked to my truck. A+++++ App wish more apps were like this and FREE!!!

This app is simple, effective, and to the point. Easy bill pay option and account view with easy upgrade options. The security on this is app is good as well. I prefer logging in each time so it keeps my acct safe. Those having problems is sad but for those of us who know how to use this app are very satisfied. Also to an earlier review, if u get unlimited data then u wouldn't have any problems. 

I love this app. It does exactly as I expected and I couldn't ask for more. I can look at my bill without firing up my computer and then turn around and pay it! Although I doubt I will, I also love that you can upgrade your service through this app. Lastly, I can't help but notice that the only people who complain about this app have a really hard time spelling simple words that a five year old can spell. Maybe that's telling you something.

I like it, pay bills, manage your wireless account, check usage, what else could you need?

I will start of with this since I see all the complaints about it. Yes, you have to enter your full password every time just like if you were going to the website on your computer. I have ZERO problem with this and everyone else should as well. AT&T stores personal financial information about you; credit card or bank accounts. Why would you want one touch access to an account that has stored credit card and bank information? Honestly people use your brains, my password has upper case letters, numbers, and characters and I have no problem typing that in on my iPhone every time, and how many times are you really going to opening this app? Do you check your usage 5 times a day?. If you can't handle typing in your password don't even bother getting this app and I also suggest that you think about how secure your information is by storing all your passwords with your browser.
Now that we have that out of the way, the app is great. I can't believe AT&T didn't do this sooner. The app works great and runs great. There are no "ads" just boxes to check out other AT&T services, big whoop. I just paid my bill from the iPhone last night and it was super easy and fast, you get a text message confirmation and everything. You can also view your usage for minutes, data, texts and see your account features. Great job AT&T.

I really can't comprehend all the negative reviews for this App. It is a simple App that does what it does and does it in a simple and efficient way. I like it far better than even going online from my computer. Things are laid out well and easy to find. Not sure why all the hate from some reviewers, come on folks. It's a free App and it works. I have never experienced any issues with it being slow, unresponsive, timing out, crashing or any of the other complaints in negative reviews.

We've been waiting a long time for this AT&T. Finally an application were I can pay my bill, view my usage and change my features when I'm on the go.
Bill - Fast and accurate (pdf great idea)
Usage - Up to date and accurate
Payment - Fast and with the text message I received i knew my transaction was complete.
Features - Added FamilyMap. If it's as good as this application you'll have another winner on your hands!
