I've been searching for such an app before, and here it is. It's a simple product with great results. I'm not a big movie person and a dirty one at that, so this app is perfect for me rather then the following product to which holds movies. The thing about this app is I can set up HUNDREDS of pictures without is slowing it down or making it crash. The "Snoop Stopper" add-on is great as well as the batch of decoys I can add to it. So to all you F%@# out there complaining, the app is perfect. And it costs pocket change to get. So stop wasting the production crews time and only say things that can help make the app better. Not the first Password app I've bought but far and away the best!
To Mex67 you got issues. They advertised in big bold letters that VideoSafe would be a seperate product and invited all customers to sign up to get a discount on a date to be set so I'm not complaining.
I have no affiliation with Collect4 but you obviously have an agenda. So what are these great alternatives you seem so keen to push? You mentioned them but changed the review. Why? Do they have wifi, snoopstop, are they reliable? Yeah thought not. I bought them so I know, and the charts don't lie sweety.
If you are who i think then please show some class, either build a better app or fess up that you're a shill so we can all have a laugh and get back to our lives and enjoying our pictures safely. Charts don't lie, and your just venting your obvious envy at these guys success.
C'mon change your name and review for the 10th time. So I can 'out' you right here and go change my review of your broken app to say how 'good' it really is.

Great for us who have naughty pics! They updated the app and it looks like they listened to us! Thanks guys! Taking away one star because they took too long to come out with video safe and I had already purchased the video vault app that does basicly the same thing for 1.99 I would rather have video safe but it's not worth it seeing as I spent 2 on this one and 2 on video vault. If I hadn't already spent that 4 I would have been happy to have two apps in one.

When I first downloaded this app I was disappointed that there was no option to magnify the pics. But a few days later an update fixed all of that. This apps seems to continue to improve. Another unexpected feature of this app is that once pictures are imported into the safe, if you export them, once back in the photo album you are able to delete them. The option to delete and password protect all of my pictures should have been standard on the iphone and ipod touch. I only wish that the apps icon and name were a lot more inconspicuous. I look forward to that minor improvement which will make this app perfect. I will definitely recommend this to all of my iphone buddies. Great job!

This app is very good and is very efficient at hiding photos. To the markt8 or whatever his name is below me the reason it does that is because you set it to do a double tap hide which gives you that graph or any custom picture you use to hide what you were looking at, comes in handy for a teen who loves him some girls. I recommend to anyone, especially guys, if you have "special" photos that need to be kept private, this is the app for you.

This app rocks out everything else I've tried!!!! -The resulution is downsized, though, to the size of the screen and zooming makes the image out of focus. The photo gallery in My Pucures does NOT do that so why not here? Collect3 has done a greater job than others in making the picture viewing just like the real iPod's photo library except for an accorate zoom feature... KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Buy this app, it works as good as a Craftsman!

Been using it for a while. I like the app, does what it says. Has lots of good features. A couple things. I got the video update, and it seems to have all the videos sideways. So the auto-rotate doesnt work with that. Also, the ability to copy pictures and videos back to the image folder would be nice as well.
I do like it, and I got the update for video without hesitation, because it works so well.

This wasn't my first picture safe but it was my favorate and is currently the only one I use! I like how it stores all the photos by folders then in each folder you can previews the pictures just like the iPhone/itouch does!! I also really like all the unique settings, good stuff! My only problem is the "picture safe" picture has a girl in her bikini and gives people the impression that this is an app. to hide pictures like that.. I would like that picture to be changeable or maybe that part changed. Other then that minor issue I love this app!! No more people looking at all my private photos! I hope that the video safe you guys are making is just as great and is in somewhat of the same format as this one. Thanks for the great app!!

Dual pass

Love this app does what is says! Here's a suggestion maybe try dual pass codes (one that allows u into a safe area for those poeple u are really hiding pictures from and the other for the hidden pictures themselves) this way when they see the icon and demand acces you can show them your safe area!! Other than that love the multi folder creation After update I have to give it 5 stars. This app is a must have for those wanting to maintain secret pictures. It does it all and then some well done!!

Those few friends without an iPhone love to test drive my phone. With this app, I can leave them to play without the worry that they'll find compromising "information". Of course they're intrigued by the vault icon; but the fake login feature let's them think they've broken into my stash with a password they've guessed. They're surprised to find that I've locked up pictures of scenery. Fooled! Only the correct password grants true access. Awesome feature. The only thing better would be a less tempting icon - like a boring Settings button or Microsoft Access button.

I hesataded at first about buying this app, but now that I have it, it as so awesome. Really the only thing is the name of the app because my girl wanted to see what was in it but thanks to the snoop stopper i just entered a ramdon code and a folder came up that had nice "images" that i dont have on my touch and she was like "oh pretty". if she had see what was really on there if i entered the right code...well i don't thing i would have a girl any more. lol overall G-R-E-A-T buy!! its worth it!

I'm very pleased with this app. It handles all the security needs for me. I have a need to have photos secure for me and m significant other and other work-related sensitive photos that should ONLY be seen by me. I thought that I would need to buy 2 different apps but was happily instructed on a way from David of the Picture Safe support. I received a very fast and detailed response and NOT a canned "restart your iPhone" letter. David walked me step by step through the process. Excellent program combined with excellent support creates an excellent app.
This is THE app to have for picture security!

Best photo App ever

This is by far the best app on in the store for safeguarding your photos. I have tried them all and this one far outshines every other one. And now with the WiFi access its even better, and easier to use. The developer really thought this one out and gave you all the functions in one package. Most apps either have a slide show function or a swipe, you have to download photos from you picture library. This app has it all. Makes thumbnails of your images. Can do a slide show in your web browser while photos are uploading, no need to just do a slide show from you device. Buy it, you will love it. Worth every penny. Actually if it was 9.95 it would still be cheap by comparison. Sorry I can only rate it 5 stars, it deserves 10, this is a keeper. I'm done looking for this type of app, took everything else off my iPhone to make room for the photos. Get it, you won't be sorry.

Hmm...reviews don't seem to be showing from me... But I just want to say woo!! My bikini, high heel cat pics are now safe!!! Thanks!!! Hmmm... Appearantly the high heel bikini cat story is only on their website... But one thing I would like to add. The intro pic right after u log in isn't really necessary.... Unless u guys are doing it as a way of showing your logo (which btw, is fine with me. I do that too xD) but anyways, love the app.

This app is the dogs bolloxxs I have bought 2 other safe apps and they are crap. This one you can see clearly all the pics in the safe and you can view and swipe to the next pic,its brilliant Money well spent. And the snooper is 10/10 for me as my wife opened the app and typed in a password she thought I use and the app opens and shows only a folder with clouds and waves in but hides the folder with all your sexy pics in until you enter the right code. Keep up the good work

The 2.0 update is totally awesome! The Wi-Fi transfer web interface on the PC/Mac is genius!
The best of both worlds: The photo viewer now mimics the default Photo app almost perfectly, without the heavy file size hit that the default Apple app gives you(for some reason).
All that is needed, is:
1): The ability to sort your folder order by dragging - similar to Safari bookmarks, Contact favorites, ect.
2): Hi-resolution images should be viewed as such on the device, so when you pinch to zoom in, you see the detail.
3): A better icon!
NOTE: When you import images after the 2.0 update via the Camera Roll or Wi-Fi, Picture Safe now preserves the original file size and quality, which can be viewed in full size, via the web interface.
Images imported via synced photos in itunes - including any images imported before 2.0, will remain in their iPhone resolution, when viewed via the web interface, or when saved back to your computer. Edit: It would also be good, if it could be optimized a little bit more, so that the scrolling can be as smooth as in the default Photo app.

iPhone 3.0 compatibility

I spoke with the developers, they have had the update submitted to apple for quite some time for the 3.0 compatibility, apple is very backed up in okay'ing apps. What is broken is the ability to zoom in and out, and when pictures go into landscape it is hard to get back to portrait. I have a few other apps that I'm having this issue with as well, where I'm just waiting for the update. This is a brilliant app and I'm really hoping to see the update any day.

Hey asdirb, or should I say dumbass, if you would have read the very first section after it said *update*, you would have read that it is featured in V2.0, right...? Well read a little more and see that it's only been submited, not here just yet. That's why it hasn't changed yet. So wait a little longer. And don't get so specific on every little detail, these guys can't make every assdrip out that happy, oops I misspelled your name, oh well, too late to go back. Back to the app. It's great, and by the sounds of it, it's only going to get better! Great job guys, this is a great app! Can't wait to see what you have in store for us with video safe!!

The new update has fixed all the problems I had, now I can sent pics from the Internet across wifi to my iPod. The safety features are perfect, if someone approaches you and you don't think you have enough time the put away your 'office pics' (wink wink nudge nudge) they you double tap the scren and it replaces the screen with a picture of your preset choice and what's even better is that if someone thinks that you are hiding dirty pics (which you most likely are) then if they make you open it then you type in your decoy password and it opens up a fake folder with preloaded images and you can add your own to the fake folder!! Amazing app 10/10
