To be honest I dunno why I bought this cause I never use it lol xD However, I was just looking through it and the interface is very good and definitions and searches and everything is actually pretty dang good :p There's no point in me marking it down cause I never use it, so well earned 5*'s :) I'll keep it incase I do every need it, but if you are looking for an app like this and will actually use it - definite recommendation from me :p :D

I can't understand why people are giving this app one star because it has American spellings. If your smart enough to realise it's the American spelling then why are you checking that word? The most commonly mis-spelled words will be covered by this app, and will usually be the same in the UK and US. It's a great app, that has helped me out a few times. Having dictionary definitions is a great help too. I am in the UK and would certainly recommend this app.

This is the best spell checker I have yet to find. It does a lot better then Microsoft Word/Works. I have had to go to this App many times when using Word/Works as my spelling was too far off and Microsoft had no idea what I was trying to spell. I have also made good use of the definitions when I needed to check that I was using the word correctly. I have recommended this App to all my friends with IPods and ITouches. Removed all other spell check Apps from my ITouch as this one out shined them all. Did I say this was a great program!!

Spell Check works as described. Comes up with words close to the wrong word that's entered and if entered word is correct it will let you know. And it has a dictionary besides for most words. A big screen window to tap to type word in is a big plus for me. Brings up words quickly. I use it often on a daily basis and has not failed, a very stable app. Not complicated to use or read. For .99 this is a steal, its worth alot more. Get it! Nice work Robert!
Update: Thanks for the dictionary updates. I've used this every day for 1.5 months and has not failed me. I rely on this heavily and could not be without it. This is the best utility tool I have on my Touch. Again......a great Spell Check!
Other update: Ok...gone is the big window but that's ok, still works when tapped. But it got me to wondering why do we have to tap onto the search window to begin with? Why not have the keyboard presented to you when app is opened? This could make it easier and to do away with tapping altogether. I like the new interface, but the red color wouldn't have been my first choice. But looks even better regardless. The dictionary looks very professional. Thanks for the update.

I LOVE THIS APP! It's a life saver! Great spell checker and even better dictionary.This app is truelly better than any other dictionaries out there. In some dictionaries if you misspell a word (especially a new word that you never even heard of before, and dont know how to spell), they dont even try to correct your spelling, which makes it frustarating. And don't even bother with andy other dictionaries. This app totally beats other dictionaries in fuctionality and most of all in PRICE! works great, and 99 cents is totally worth it!

Great app!!! Just what I've been waiting for. Now I can throw away my Rolodex Databank that I had for over 11yrs. Thanks!!!! Now if we could only add definition I would be complete. Review 2: 9/30/08 You guys are awesome!!!!!! Thanks for listening to the reviews!!!!! This app is now complete. Suggestion: I currently use my notes app. as a mental note of words to learn/use after I have looked up the definition for in the future. Is it possible to be able to store certain words to reflect back to when need to. Thanks!!!! This app still gets a 5++++

Can that be change so it will add more words that resembles what I'm trying to spell? It seems embarrassing to ask cuz I should know how to spell better. And I just found out you can press on any word in the definition and it will take you to THAT word's definition! That's so awesome!!!!! So with that being said can you please add a backspace button so I can go back to the previous "page" or screen that I was on without having to hit "search" and type in the word again? Since I use this app all the time that would help me so much!! THANK YOU!!! Worth the  to me!!

I downloaded the free one first and then paid my 99 pennies for this one because you don't need an internet connection...after a month, I got rid of the free one and using this one as I don't mind paying for this one...good job by the creators of this application!

This application is a must have. I always carry a spell checker and now I don't have to because I now have it on my phone. buying spell checkers can be expensive and a very lot more exspensive than 59p This is fab! fab! fab! Buy it now!!
